“We’re not sure if the beach type of holiday is the one for us but on the last day of our stay in Petrovac we were very emotional because we absolutely loved this holiday! Fantastic hospitality place weather and what we loved the most- general atmosphere of Petrovac! We loved every moment and will cherish the memories forever!”

“Second year we have used them. Easy booking, good alternatives (both dates and hotels) available when the hotel I wanted wasn’t available on the date I wanted. Good prices too. Happy customer and I’ll be back next year.”

“July 2026 Lovehlidays was great, however, the hotel was not, Club Paradisio Zalagh Resort and Spa, in Marrakech, Morocco. a 4 star hotel. I can only imagine they received 4 stars because you could see them in the night sky. Their was a man claiming to be the Loveholiday rep. trying to force you to take tours. I was lucky I had read the email saying Loveholiday had no rep. So was not conned, unlike some people who were sold tours, only to find it was not what they had asked or paid for. The WiFi only seemed to work in the common areas, definately not in the rooms. The aircon was none existent. The fridge did not keep or get anything cold. The toilet took 15min. to refill. The pillows should have been used in constrution. The beds however were great. Not once in 7 days did we get the correct amount of towels, which meant a trip down to reception to ask for more. On one occasion she brought up 2 extra towels and took away 1 leaving us with 2 towels, which I supose was better than 1 for 3 people Our key card died on us 3 times another, trip to reception. There are 2 pools, which were great, except for the bees....the hotel can not be held responsible for them. However only one pool bar, where the music was so loud the barmen could not hear you. Everthing tasted watered down. The snack bar was open 1 hour per day 4 to 5pm. Popcorn is not a snack. There was another snack bar at the other pool, where you had to pay, it was not included in the ALL INCLUSIVE. The food was not great but I did not expect 5 star quisine, after all you get what you pay for. The staff were friendly if they understood you, not their fault we spoke neither Arabic nor French. This was not only our experience but everyone we spoke to, without exception. We got off lightly some people also had cockroaches and showers that made the bathroom into a wetroom with no drain. I would like to suggest that a Loveholidays Rep. stay there unannouced to experience it for themselves. We spent 7 days in Rhodes 2 weeks before at another Lovehloidays destination Diagoras Hotel Faliraki a totaly different exprience. This was a 3 star hotel and it left this hotel at the starting gate. “Was very well organised all info was clear. Even when something went wrong the fixed it quickly. When i arrived hotel they had reservation for 4 instead of 5 my 17yo wasn’t on it i thought hear we ago great start of my holiday, they cant assign me the room until 5th person is paid, i explained this was booked as package 5 people flights a hotel how can u have 4. We were tired long journey needed the room so i ended up paying the extra £560 difference was very disappointing. After settling in i contacted loveholiday told them the situation they acted in no time got hold of hotel got it all amended by they time i got out my room to go enjoy i receive a call from hotel reception asking to go so they can refund me that money. That was all sorted within an hour us checking in. It all must have been a technical error i dont hold blame to anyone we went along enjoyed our holiday hotel staff service was amazing. Love holidays did a great job making sure we dont have a bad start on our holiday thank you.”
