“Really easy to book, everything in one place so we knew the whole holiday was covered and we could just sit back and relax knowing it was all sorted. Customer services were all really helpful and quick to sort any issues (12 hour flight delay, they contacted the hotel on our behalf to avoid issues with our late arrival, and gave us options about airport transfers due to the delay).”
