“Loved my holiday it was great jet2 was fav but easyjet shoukd try give more information and have other ways to contact them when you need information thay were 2 and half hour late wee wete supposed to get voucher for food never arrived,got on the plane and wee were only allowed snack and coke which doesnt even aboit to tge 14 poundsvoucher wee had dont think that was fair need to do something about there comunication”

“Diamond Hill Alanya Turkey Overall, I’d say this is a good hotel, but I don’t think it’s quite 5\-star\. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives\. The staff work incredibly hard and genuinely care about guests\. The cleaners do a fantastic job, the hotel is kept very clean, tables are cleared quickly, and the toilets are spotless throughout the day\. The entertainment team are brilliant and friendly, there are fun pool activities, Turkish Day is a highlight \(especially the fresh ice cream\!\), and the taxis arranged by the hotel made getting into Alanya really easy\. The biggest downside is that the hotel feels overcrowded\. Even arriving at the restaurant an hour after opening, our family of four still struggled to find a table\. The pool area is too small for the number of guests, sunbeds are almost impossible to get unless you’re up very early, and the lifts often have long queues\. The food becomes repetitive, especially the lunch served around the pool, which is the same hot dishes every day \(such as spaghetti and onion rings\)\. The rooms are on the small side, the drains aren’t great, the slides are only open for limited hours, and there are no food options available between breakfast and lunch\. I also would have liked to see more traditional Turkish food\. A few staff members seemed unhappy, although the vast majority were fantastic\. One thing worth mentioning for anyone travelling with a wheelchair user is that our accessible room \(Room 129\) was much smaller than expected\. It was quite difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair around the room comfortably, so this is something the hotel could definitely improve\. The beach is accessible, but it becomes quite steep as you enter the sea, so wheelchair users or those with limited mobility may need some assistance\. Despite these issues, we had a lovely holiday thanks to the hardworking staff and would recommend the hotel, just with slightly lower expectations than a true 5\-star experience\.”
