“Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly had such a wonderful experience with Love Holidays and the hotel. Everything was so well organised, from the payment and transport to the hotel itself. The taxi arrived on time, and everything went smoothly. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Before you even had a chance to step out, you could see the staff cleaning and making sure everything was kept to a very high standard. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, accommodating and always smiling. Anything we needed was provided, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I travelled with my children, and I was especially impressed with how patient and tolerant everyone was with them. The children had such a great time, especially in the swimming pool, and it was lovely to see how welcoming the staff were towards them. The food was another major highlight. Everything was really good, and I have to give a special mention to Milos, who made sure we were well looked after during dining. He kept coming over to check that we were okay, that we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our meals. His care and attention really stood out. I unfortunately can't remember everyone's names, but all the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even when I wasn't happy with the room we were initially given, the hotel dealt with it immediately and changed it for us without any hassle. That really showed how proactive and customer-focused they are. For me, the two things that really stand out about this hotel are the cleanliness and the food, but honestly, the whole experience was fantastic. The staff were proactive, attentive and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. Five days felt like so much longer because we enjoyed ourselves so much and when it was time to leave, I genuinely didn't want to go! 😂❤️ A massive thank you to everyone at the hotel, especially Milos, for making our stay so enjoyable. We had an amazing time, the children had fun, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and Love Holidays, and I would happily book again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The hotel was lovely, clean, friendly and in a really good place, it was walking distance to all the places we needed to go to. We went on a tuk-tuk guideed tour and that helped us with where things were. Everything from the booking of the holiday to the holiday and returning home was so easy using love holidays that is why we only use this holiday app. We already have 3 more booked and are always checking for another holiday to book. Remember we are here for a good time not a long time, do get booking those holidays and see the world”
