“Prince Residence, Bucharest. Everything. No-one to collect me at the airport, although it was booked. Hotel was not as advertised. Hotel apartment was full of bugs and the bed full of fleas. No garden view as advertised. No garden or seating area as advertised. No housekeeping done during my 5 day stay. No-one on reception. No staff to be seen anywhere.”
