“In July we stayed in a family room with a city view. The hotel location, staff and food were great. The actual room was dated and unsafe. We were on the 6th floor and the balcony door lock was broken which was concerning with young children. This was reported to reception staff and was rectified by putting a wooden stick between the sliding door and the wall. After a few days the lock was fixed but broke again soon after so we had to go back to using the stick. The bathroom had mould in and the shower curtain was dirty. There was a plug socket without a cover on but was fixed immediately after reporting. Also the mini bar didn’t work so it had to be replaced. The staff were friendly and the location of the hotel was superb. Plenty of bars and pool was nice but hard to get a sun lounger. If the room was nicer and safer I would’ve given 4/5 stars”

“The app was very easy to use and all information regarding my holiday were easy to find and keep me updated. Love holidays very good at communication with passengers / holiday makers. Resort was amazing, hotel clean and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the transfer from airport to hotel was very long which isn't what you want after a flight, and when you are eager to start your holiday . I would use Love holidays again, but would check the transfer distances myself . Payment plans make holidays more affordable for families, which I think is a great idea and was very helpful to my family . Love holidays good at offering payment plans”

“Great time brilliant hotel brilliant staff perfect food best break in years from breakfast to lunch to dinner the staff were excellent angelos pool bar perfect staff cleaning and keeping the food area clean just makes so much difference. Dinner in the main dining area exactly the same the food options were amazing then the evening entertainment and main bar George is amazing remembers your order when you think you are not just the only guest his 16 years shows the entertainment team deserve medals dressing up for the kids in different costumes in the heat shows their dedication in helping parents enjoy themselves too overall this hotel is just perfect. Although i think the housekeeping team have a tough job cleaning all the rooms i think they might be a little overwhelmed at times.”
