“Hotel, flights and transfers were excellent so rated five stars. However, if rating comms about the transfers it would have been less than one star, as the changes made 3 months prior to travel were not actioned on the system. Thankfully speaking direct to the transfer company resolved the issues.”

“The flight and hotel were exactly as described; upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the location, food, and service. Although we had to change rooms because the first one was dark and uncomfortable, the new room was good.”

“Fantastic holiday and hotel. Would highly recommend Ramla Bay. Buffet food was amazing well above usual standard. The hotel was pristine and clean and even though it was fully booked, there were always sunbeds available and not a mad rush to get one. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would love to stay again.”

“Hotel definitely not 4star .. very remote area.. not providing you with water in the room or even water fountain because we booked for breakfast only where other hotels even hustle we had water fountain outside in each corridor.. also 2 bottle every day.. breakfast was decent.. pool was very mouldy .. had to pay to use indoor pool.. big disappointment wrong choice.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant holiday, although it wasn’t our best. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job. One day we returned to our room to find the bed runner made into a swan wearing my glasses, which was such a cute touch and genuinely made me smile. The room was kept spotless throughout our stay. The food was good, with plenty of variety, so there was always something to enjoy. Unfortunately, the poolside service was quite slow, and the cocktails were disappointing as they hardly tasted like they contained any alcohol. The daytime and evening entertainment was also quite limited. We did, however, have great fun playing a game of pool handball on our last day, which was one of the highlights of the holiday. A special thank you to the General Manager and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay, and their excellent customer service really stood out. The main downside for us was the pool depth, which was 1.60m throughout, making it less suitable for simply standing and relaxing. The beach was also extremely crowded, with sun loungers packed tightly together, so it wasn’t possible to enjoy a peaceful walk along the shoreline. On the positive side, we never struggled to find sun loungers by the pool and spent most of our holiday relaxing there. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay with some lovely moments, but there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better.”
