“Easy to select dates deals and holidays. Everything was covered so you can select exactly what you wanted. Variation of flights and times to suit you. Good communication between company and myself, I had absolutely no issues with bookings and details on the day of travel. More hotel details and luggage details needed as the twin beds were not as described (ended up being a double bed with 2 single mattresses pushed together. The luggage allowance was not clear and i couldn't select 10kg carry on so ended up paying this separately. Everything else was good. The hotel itself was beautiful with great food and facilities.”

“It was really easy to book our holiday, combining flights, transfers and accommodations. Their flexible payments was very useful. All staff we encountered were polite and friendly. The accommodation was perfect for our needs! Everything ran smoothly despite hours-long delay to our outbound flight - we were still transferred to the apartment and were able to check in at 3am. We loved it so much we will be booking our next holiday with them!”

“Accessibility request ignored by hotel: We emailed before our stay specifically requesting an accessible room in the main building. This was completely disregarded, we were placed in the sister building across the road, on the 4th floor, with no accessibility considerations at all. When we asked to move, we were told they were “at capacity.” On day 3 of 5, the lift broke, forcing us to use the stairs multiple times a day. On our final day, we had to carry all our luggage down four flights with zero staff assistance offered. Room barely fit for purpose What’s marketed as a twin/double room has a camp bed crammed in to squeeze extra revenue from an already tiny space, leaving almost no room to move. We found mess left behind by previous guests. The room was “cleaned” once during our stay, yet the floors were so dirty our feet turned black, even with shoes left at the door throughout. The toilet routinely needed several flushes to clear. Pools wildly oversubscribed Both hotels’ pools were consistently packed, with nowhere near enough loungers for the number of guests actually staying there. Pools don’t open until 10am, so queues form early and stretch absurdly long, meaning guests are pushed off-site to the beach just to find space, completely undermining the value of “all inclusive.” Drinks system designed to shortchange guests Bring your own cup if you want it filled properly, otherwise you’re limited to a token system allowing just two drinks per person, with tokens only returned if you personally take the cup back to the bar. Fail to do that and you’re charged. It felt less like a service and more like a way to claw money back from an all-inclusive package. Food: inedible, cold, and insulting Breakfast and dinner were consistently cold, bland, and frankly disastrous, no seasoning, no effort, nothing you’d want to eat. It genuinely felt like being served punishment food. When food came out already cold, we were told to reheat it ourselves in a microwave, an insulting suggestion for food we were paying to have served properly. Lunch at the main pool bar was the one redeeming meal (pizza, toasties, quesadillas, salads, nachos, hotdogs, ice creams), but by that point we’d already given up and were eating out most days just to get a proper meal. Bar service painfully slow, menu outdated Long waits at every bar, paired with a drinks menu that clearly hasn’t been refreshed in a long time. Lifeguard: dangerous negligence The pool floor is dangerously slippery when wet. I fell and received no first aid or assistance whatsoever from the lifeguard on duty, the only help came from fellow guests. The lifeguard’s contribution was shouting at people and us to hurry up and move, while looking directly at all my blood, doing nothing. This is a serious safety failure, not just poor customer service. Entertainment let down by lack of space The evening entertainment team clearly puts in effort, but there simply isn’t enough seating or space to accommodate a fully booked hotel, so guests are again pushed to go elsewhere. One genuine positive The hidden gem: down the steps past the main pool is a spa with a free hot tub and sauna, worth seeking out. Overall Good location and fair value for a 3-star self-catering stay, but there are hotels closer to the strip and beach far better suited to that market. As an all-inclusive offering, this hotel is not fit for purpose, food standards are so poor they should stop serving until this is addressed. The building itself is clean, but this is very much a “go in with 2-star expectations” hotel, not the all-inclusive experience advertised.”

“Booked through love holidays, they put us in a separate block of rooms about a minute walk away from the main hotel, room was dated but clean. The food was abysmal, not much choice and mostly unidentifiable, looked like random goo. Staff were nice and attentive. Location was good, close to the beach and main strip of shops. Wouldn't go back :/”

“Great complex, spotless and very friendly staff. Transfere company do not drop off at the complex but two blocks away, we were not told about this. The instructions for airport also very unclear, after waiting for 30 minutes, we had to get a taxi back to the airport.”

“The food has been absolutely fantastic, with something different every night and so much choice that there’s always something for everyone. Every meal has been delicious, and it’s one of the best all-inclusive food experiences we’ve had. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single member of the team has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and their kindness has made our holiday even more memorable. A very special mention goes to Demetrius in the restaurant. He was absolutely amazing every single time we saw him. He always greeted us with a smile, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely made every meal even more enjoyable. He is a real credit to the hotel. Our room has been perfect, and the housekeeping has been to an exceptionally high standard, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. We’ve had such a wonderful time that we’ve already priced up our holiday for next year—and we can’t wait to come back! We would highly, highly, highly recommend the Bohemian Gardens Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and unforgettable holiday. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special. “I don’t know how people can write review that hotel was clean and good! It was far from it! We are not picky, but this stay kinda ruined our holiday!!! First when we arrived, we didn’t realise they have NO BLACONY (as you would lime to dry stuff from the beach for example)…”decoration pillows” on the bed were dirty from stains (look like ejaculation) and im pretty sure that was it! After all week nobody would come and change your sheets or sweep the floor (cos you bring lots of sand from the beach) the only thing cleaners did, they changed towels (brought new one also with yellow stains on them) I just couldn’t believe how this hotel can have 4*. Far from it, very thin walls you will hear just people coming there messing around. Air conditioning in room wasn’t working (even though they said it was fixed) pool upstairs just so small, its not worth your money.”

“Wow what a find. Apartments were very clean, great size and the kitchen was so well equipped. Nice big wine glasses, dishwater tablets, sponge etc. We requested a high floor and this was accommodated. We were able to check in earlier as our room was ready. The staff use WhatsApp which is brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Poor areas lovely and clean. Fantastic location. We would return!”
