“Great holiday to Las Vegas booked via Love Holiday. User friendly website with filters to match the things you need and want. Was able to compare prices, hotels etc using the filters. We opted to include baggage, airport meet and greet, transfers to accommodation etc…,although Heathrow T3 really needs security to manage the queues at the car park as its horrendous at peak times. Our flight with Virgin Atlantic was great, good selection of movies/tv programmes to watch and food was ok. Airport meet and greet was easy to use, and airport transfers went both ways without a hitch. Check in at the hotel (Caesers Palace) was quick and easy (maybe as it was a weekday) as on Fri/Sat it was pretty hectic. Our room was as described and clean and the hotel itself was huge, busy, with lots to do and includes the forum shops. Was disappointed with the pools thought. They have 8 listed but there’s only one for kids to use as the others are age restricted or for Vip members….and day beda cost too much…so we spent maybe a couple of hours at the pool.”

“People are up at 7am and before to get beds. Hotel say they remove towels before 10am but people stay there until 10am then leave. Staff in restaurants aren't that helpful and in particular the main restaurant. If you want a bed you have to que from 9am and before when they start selling them at 10am to buy a belainaise bed at 25 a day. Staff walk around with heads down avoiding eye contact. Most chatty were housekeeping although the floor wasn't very clean and yourenonly allowed to change towels twice in a 10 day stay. As I write all the little things make it a big NO from me. Air con wasnt great either and main reception its all posted at you for arrival only.”

“We had a lovely city break to Edinburgh with love holidays, the whole process couldn't be easier and the hotel we stayed in (point a hotel Edinburgh) was lovely and clean friendly staff and good value and good location, we'll definitely be booking our next holiday with love holidays!!”

“We had a fantastic holiday in Turkey booked through Loveholidays. The booking process was quick and easy, and the monthly payment option made it very convenient. Customer service was excellent, with helpful payment reminders. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a good variety of food, although some meals could have been warmer. Flights and transfers were smooth and well organised. The only minor downside was that the hotel representative was not very friendly or helpful when we explained that we had already booked our excursions with the coach representative. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily book with Loveholidays again. Highly recommended!”
