“Prices in July were good. Our hotel was close to the beach, once you crossed railway tracks 20 meters from hotel entrance, so very noisy. Hotel room was very basic, lacked a fridge and a full mirror, small rooftop swimming pool was filthy, pool walls thick with grime. Bus transfer drop off and pick up was 5 min walk away. Staff were lovely, breakfast deal was brilliant.”

“Love Holidays are great ro deal with by email as they are quick to respond. But ringing them is another story as you have to speak to AI first and they take you ages to put you through to customer services. You would have to constantly repeat yourself to her”

“Booked 14th nights in Phuket flew in July 1 and then flew back on the 13th after telling them that this was incorrect, they still didn’t stand down lots of changes, not enough communication other than that we definitely book again”
