“Brilliant experience from start to finish! Honestly, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, booking a trip can be a headache, but they made the whole thing absolutely stress free. Their communication was spot-on. There was no guess work involved at all; they kept us fully in the loop with clear, honest updates from the start to until we headed off. Another massive plus was the option to pay in instalments. Being able to spread the cost over a few rates made managing the budget grand altogether, and took the sting out of paying for a holiday. Fair play to them, we will definitely be using them again for the next trip.!”

“Easy to use website, great choice of flights, great transfers, great updates. We had stayed at the hotel previously so knew the area and position were excellent. However the hotel does need upgrading with furniture and the pool needs re-tiling. Didn't prevent us having a great holiday though .”

“Great trip! We were so blessed to have decent weather which always makes everything so much nicer. Krakow was stunning,we went on a boat trip whilst there & took a golf buggy tour around to learn about the history of Krakow. We have some traditional polish food which was lovely,I'd recommend the beef with cheese pancakes. Krakow is a great place to visit for a short weekend break and is somewhere I'd like to visit again in the future.”

“This was the first time I used love holidays was sceptical at first but they provide amazing seamless customer service. The hotel was amazing so many facilities, food options and great evening entertainment would definitely go to this hotel again. They kept me updated all the way through and I was even able to track the return transfer driver to see where he was. Will definitely be using the company again looking forward to booking my next adventure with them.”
