“The holiday was great overall, but love holidays didn’t advise the hotel doesn’t provide housekeeping for a 10 day stay, ie no fresh towels or change of bedding provided! And we were not notified the hotel was next to a construction site that has a huge development being built which was noisy throughout the day. Our rooms were the other end of the hotel so it was fine, but the rooms at the other end would have been woken daily to the noise from the building works.”

“The Hotel Gran Bali was amazing fantastic hotel. It had everything drinks were cheaper than other hotels on the levante side. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel spotless throughout massive pools never a rush for the sun loungers as there were enough to go round. The sky bar experience was amazing and I would recommend it if you stay there. The one downside I found was the nightly entertainment was geared towards the Spanish but then again we were in Spain 🇪🇸”

“Hotel with nice view in ocean. Easy booking and quick transfer from airport, clean and tidy environment. A lot of shops, restaurants and entertainment around hotel. Tasty food and drinks. The exterior decoration should be improved to be like a 4-star hotel.”

“Our trip to Madrid was absolutely incredible from start to finish, and I already know I'll be going back! The city has such an amazing atmosphere, beautiful sights, fantastic food, and so much to do. It was the perfect getaway, and every moment was unforgettable. A huge thank you to Love Holidays for making the whole experience so easy. From booking to travelling, everything was seamless, stress-free, and exactly as expected. They had great prices, the process was so straightforward, and having everything organised meant we could just relax and enjoy our holiday.
