“My husband put in an order for me to pick up at the Lowe's on Broad St. in Brooksville. The website showed that they had more than enough to fill the order, but it didn't. So, I had to another store. I went to the one on Commercial Way. Rebecca at customer service was the best customer service employee I've ever had! Kind, efficient and quick. She sent me back to flooring to pick up my order. I found Andrew in flooring and met another great employee! It was such a pleasure to have an employee not running and hiding from work! He loaded up my cart but was one piece short. I was expecting that he would just credit me back for that one piece, but to my surprise he hunted another one down! Then I went outside and that's where I ran into Mason who was walking by. I asked him for help, and he graciously stopped what he was doing and loaded up my van. These people were the best employees I've ever come across around my area and I can't tell you how grateful I was for all three of them. Thank you for hiring such great people! I have a lot more work to do around my home and I'm looking forward to shopping there again! I was going to give you a 4-star rating because of the other store on Broad Street, but I just couldn't because of the excellent care I had at Commerical Way.”

“His name is Jim from lowes in Niles. Kindness, curtesy’s much, helpful in sharing accurate information so that I was able to make a inform decision on the product I bought. Increase this worker wages and Lowes will prosper more than it is now. Higher more workers who share similar characteristics as Jim”

“Lowe's did not have exactly the item I wanted, and Home Depot did. But when I got to Home Depot, had to wander through the store, just looking for the item, with no idea where it might actually be located. Made me so angry, I just walked out of the store and came straight back to Lowe's and bought an alternative item. I sincerely appreciate that Lowe's has the row and bin number for every item in stock. So I don't have to wander through the whole d___ store hoping to find what I am looking for.”

“My husband and I went to Lowe's west 410 to purchase a new commode. We needed help with purchasing and loading of the product. Met an Army Veteran employee named Billy who helped us with the whole process. From the picking out of product to paying and loading into vehicle, Billy led us through the whole process with a smile and friendly cajoling. Made us feel really appreciated. We need more people like Billy in the retail business. Thank Billy and God bless the company you employee through. You are a treasure!!!!”

“Lowe's has specialists that are actually specialists in their departments, not just sales people. You go into any other big box hardware store and they are sales people that will literally sell you anything. At Lowe's they know their department. Shop at Lowe's for knowledge and accountability.”

“I worked at Lowe's for about 3 months. Lowe's is a pretty decent company to work for I enjoyed it while I was there the problem is the customers.. The customers are the biggest assholes that ever walked into a store. They make a mess of the place. They never put anything back where it belongs,,when they drop something on the Floor it stays there, the customers don't care and that's why I left. I got tired of cleaning up after the customers and nobody appreciated it.. So you can give bad scores to Lowes if you want but you need to look in the mirror. The problem is not with the company it's with you the customers that can't put anything back you just don't give a damn and that's why I left I felt like I wasn't appreciated for what I did.”

“I ordered my items on line. 2 itwms out of stock. When i checked in for curbside pick up I waited 5 mi utes for my items. Then whe I called the store the associate hung up on me.”

“normally our go to store , we bought a medium purchase today and our check was refused so we used our bank card which is basically the same form of payment. It appears that Lowes has a cash flow problem .The low labor force is very good at helping but they cannot contiune to serve the community at this point asking their customers to pay in cash or debit. ....I imagine they will be closed by the fall.”

“Dora working the register at the Goldsboro lowes has been rude both times we have come to this store. My husband told her where the barcode to the wood was since she couldn’t find it. She said “Do you mind if I ring this up? Can I ring this up? You don’t mind do you?” Very rudely and gave up the most hatefullest look. I love this store but this employ need a talking to better training with customers.”
