“The quality of Lumadent illumination products is good. However, the reliability of said products, in my experience, is poor. One of the control cables from this purchase does not work and as a result, I will be lodging a warranty claim”

“I placed an order on NOV 26, 2021 for a loupe light. It is now DEC 12/07/21 and I have no email indicating that my purchase has been shipped. I called lumadent customer service two times last week asking about my order and was told it would take 24-48 hours for them to ship my order; but those were empty promises. Customer service as well as communication has been very disappointing. I'm thinking about canceling my order now.”

“I bought a Lumadent uniLUX HL360 headlight and two batteries at the beginning of dental school, and am still using it in my first year of general practice as a DDS. It has the right balance of brightness, battery life, not being bulky, and a good value. It has been used daily for years without issues. I have a different brand of loupes but am very glad Lumadent was able to make the headlight compatible with the loupes. I would highly recommend Lumadent.”
