“poor customer service, short and limited warranty on low quality products. charges for even the smallest pieces of accessories”

“I have been a very long-time customer and have bought several lights plus sent colleagues to buy your headlight products. I always was able to reach a customer service rep when I called. Now, with whatever new system you have in place, it seems that your are deliberately trying to avoid human contact by phone. I have a problem with the last purchase (sales order # SO-71755) and I cannot get anyone to help me address it and resolve it. I had to try to reach a live human being to talk to, by calling your sales reps (Alex,Josephine, Mark) who promised that someone from main office will get back to me, but I have had no luck. I can't understand how you expect to get repeat customers to stay with your company if you are only available for online sales but no customer service. I am very, VERY disappointed in how I am being treated. I hope you will arrange someone with knowledge and authority to help, to get in touch with me ASAP.”
