please don't buy the air lux!! It doesn't hold a charge and it is a ridiculous process to have equipment serviced. Possibly just consider another company all together!

I haven’t received my loupes yet, so I will mark this as a one star because there is no other option. but I will happily update you when I do receive my Ergoprism loupes. I’ve been wearing Zeiss 4.0 loupes since 1999. I’ve tried other but always returned to these loupes for their clarity. I’m hoping I found a great replacement. As of now, two weeks after my order, I received the frames used only for establish working distance. Those are sent back and then the loupes are made to fit. I’ll let you know how long it took from the order date to actually receiving them as well as the quality of my loupes.

This is the worst company to deal with! I bought the Ergoprism, took 2 1/2 months to receive. Not the problem though. My loupes came broken, and even the name plate on the case fell off in a day. I have called emailed, left VM’s, more than 10 times, to speak with anyone about the broken loupes. Took 9 days for someone to email me. Which they said “I have enclosed shipping label and we can re-glue the broken piece”. The shipping was through USPS. SNAIL MAIL!!!! And just “glue” the broken piece. No sorry, no nothing! So they expect me to send my loupes back wait for the mail carrier, they glue, then wait for the mail carrier. This could take a month or longer. Called, emailed 10X more times stating I am leaving the country and can not have a package this expensive left on my doorstep. I am beyond words with how unprofessional this company is. I just want my money back now. Because of this is how I will be treated with any future issues, forget it!!!

The loupes came with double vision. It has been more than 10 days since the date I asked for sending it back to get fixed. The customer service is terribly slow. Everything has to be done online, the call center doesn't help at all. It takes forever just to get the response by email.

Absolutely terrible service. I have been trying to get Ergoprism loupes for two months. I paid more than a month ago. The response time for telephone calls/messages and emails has been 10-14 days, causing repeated delay, only to have the photos I submitted called "great!" but not good enough - they all need retaken. I followed their instructions precisely, for example, wearing the frames they sent in the fit kit for all the photos. Yet their only details on what to do differently were "you did not wear the frames sent in the fit kit for the photos" and "use higher resolution" (than the highest resolution on my Samsung phone? What resolution then?). I asked for details so I could make the proper changes, but have never received any response. They still have my $2533.00 but are completely unresponsive and are not delivering anything, let alone the Ergoprism loupes I paid for. I really love the concept of the Ergoprism and want such a loupe, but this company cannot/will not deliver that concept, at least to me. Do NOT work with this company if you value your time, responsive customer service or a quality partner in your business. You are left completely on your own. The frustration factor is immense.

You're batteries do not last. i'm replacing them now like very six months. They either stop charging or the case breaks. I ordered a new replacement set on july sixth. But the order was officially shipped today July 20th. Almost 14 days to ship!!!

This email to request a review has come and I have not received my order yet, it's almost 2 weeks. After 1 week, I followed up with lumadent by email and received no response. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH ABYSMALLY POOR AND NON-AVAILABLE LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As a long-standing formerly happy customer, I purchased a new Prolux essential package in November 2020. I have had problems with cable contact causing the light to go off in mid-procedures. I have been trying to get someone to help me, or to get a warranty replacement, BUT THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ANSWERING MY MESSAGES! I even tried to reach out to one of your salespersons (Alex Betancourt) in hopes of him helping me to get someone to reach out to speak with me, but to no avail. COVID pandemic notwithstanding, there should be SOMEONE who responds to customers' needs!

I had the worst experience ever with this company unfortunately! I would have given less than a star. I ordered my ergoprismatic loupes in January and I just got it a week ago, their measurments were not right they had me make measurements and send them and finally they made one by guessing some measurements. The loupes are horrible! Wrong working distance, double vision, dark field. Wrong magnification that doesn’t make a difference to wear it or not besides making me noxious for the wrong measurements. The customer service are unresponsive and not reliable. They opened a ticket and had me adjust it in which it makes them worse than better and doesn’t work and they still want me wait for a solution that never come up!

If I can give less than one star I will do that for sure, I made my order in January and waited for almost 3 months to receive my loups... and guess what when I received it, I was very disappointed with them ... there is issues with the working distance, it hurts my eyes and starting have a lot of eye pains because of the eye strain... also the magnification is not real!!! I chose the 3.3 magnification power and in reality it look like there is no magnification at all!!!! So I wasted 4 months till now and my eyes start hurting me and till now I didn't have the chance to start practicing dentistry with my loups because of all of the issues..

This is definitely not the kind of experience we are looking to provide. I've forwarded this over to our Solution Team - expect someone to reach out to you soon. It's worth noting that the 3.3x magnification is absolutely accurate but using ErgoPrism Loupes, you're typically a few inches farther away from your working area than you are with traditional loupes so it can APPEAR to be less. On our website, we have a magnification recommendation chart for transitioning from traditional loupes to ErgoPrisms.

If there is less than 1 star I would choose it, worst experience ever, I placed my order in January got my loupes in April, after three months of waiting I got something full of mistakes, the frame doesn't fit, wrong working distance, double vision, and limited dark field. 5 of my friends have the same issues all the measurements are wrong. I opened a ticket one week ago and no one contacted me! Unresponsible unreliable company.

I have been a very long-time customer and have bought several lights plus sent colleagues to buy your headlight products. I always was able to reach a customer service rep when I called. Now, with whatever new system you have in place, it seems that your are deliberately trying to avoid human contact by phone. I have a problem with the last purchase (sales order # SO-71755) and I cannot get anyone to help me address it and resolve it. I had to try to reach a live human being to talk to, by calling your sales reps (Alex,Josephine, Mark) who promised that someone from main office will get back to me, but I have had no luck. I can't understand how you expect to get repeat customers to stay with your company if you are only available for online sales but no customer service. I am very, VERY disappointed in how I am being treated. I hope you will arrange someone with knowledge and authority to help, to get in touch with me ASAP.
