“I ordered a light for my loupes from Lumadent. It is an excellent light, very bright, 4 different brightness settings, very tight beam, two batteries, backup cord as well. 5/5. Quick shipping, batteries seem to last about a week each.”

“I had my flip up 3x loupes, couple months ago and had some issues with the bar that hold the loupes, I felt that I wasn't able to see completely clear and I got in contact with Sierra at the costumer service, who is amazing and addressed my complaint and solve my problem diligently. They re-design a brand new bar for the flip up loupes and sent me one, it took a little bit, but it was worthy, now I love my loupes, they are amazing and with the pro lux LED light they work perfect.”

“I've used Designs lights for well over a decade. When I found out my most recent battery replacement was going to be $700 I decided to try something else. Luma Dent has better customer service and a comparable light for a much better value.”

“I have purchased their wired light four years ago and just now had an issue. The service warranty team member Michelle Brown made my experience in ordering a replacement part so easy! She was quick at assisting and helpful. I’m glad this product lasts so long after daily use!”

“Phenomenal light that I have to charge once every two weeks. I charge it weekly just in case but it's so nice but having to worry about charge or power output on the light and having everything be so consistent and strong.”

“I recently purchased the Lumadent headlight attachment for my surgical loupes. I mistakenly provided the incorrect type of loupes. After discovering this, I contacted Lumadent through their website. The technical representative, Michelle Brown, contacted me within 24 hrs, and resolved the issue right away. The company’s attention to customer service was exceptional and I hope to have the opportunity to let others know how happy I was with my experience. And btw, the headlight is bright, perfect for the office or OR setting! Excellent product.”

“I bought a loupe light and 3 batteries from Lumadent a really long time ago. 14 years ago to be exact. A few weeks ago they started to act up (it happens every few years - the switches wear out and need to be replaced). It would have been easy for Lumadent to make the repair process a pain in the butt - it usually is when shipping to Canada. Instead, my rep Michelle went above and beyond for me, not just exceeding my expectations but blowing them out of the water. I know I'm not the only one out there who really trusts Lumadent. You know you will be taken care of. The company makes great products, but more importantly they stand behind them - even 14 years later.”

“Used them for a whole day and they worked amazing! Not as bright as my corded version but this one will for sure last longer as there are no cords to break. Very light and the size of the light is good. Have an overhead light on and these and it’s all good. Very happy with my purchase. Shipping to Canada did take over three weeks which was the only downside.”
