It is impossioble to order new bands becuase theya re always on back order. some of the watches I ordered the bands are two tight and hurt becuase they are to hard. You cannot pick up the phone and call anyone. Everything is through email. I hate not being able to talk to a real live person.”
“I received a dive watch for a gift about 6 years ago. In the second year I had to have the stem repaired because it came out. Not an expensive fix but nonetheless it happened.
Last month I ordered a new band because the original became brittle and broke. Not a surprise as I dive in the ocean.
I ordered a new band. Received it, no problem. EXCEPT it didn't have new pins. Why not?

“The watch is just ok, a little clunky, bought with extra band with requires special tool to change and doesn’t come with watch. Buying experience was bad purchased watch two days after receiving it saw it for 200 dollars less on another site Luminox would not price match. I wouldn’t recommend this company and would not purchase from them again.”
“I purchased this watch following a birthday and near Christmas, as it was on sale. I have an older Navy Seal diver watch that has been great, and wanted a new one since the original 6100 was purchased over 15 years ago. While this new watch seems structurally sound, the luminous tubes overall are relatively dim, with the minute hand being much dimmer than both the hour hand and the hourly markers. I guess I should have been cautious with the purchase as the quality is not near as good as the one I purchased over 15 years ago.”
“Over the past five years, I have purchased several battery-powered Luminox watches. They have all performed well, with the 3351 being especially accurate time-keeping. Thus, I was very disappointed to receive a 0937 automatic which was losing 15 seconds a day. I sent that back and received a replacement which gained 12 seconds a day. For a watch costing over $1000, it seems to me that it should keep good time i.e. lose or gain less than 5 seconds a day. My 3-star rating is based on all the watches I have, not just the 0937. For the 0937, I'd give Luminox 1 star.”
“I have ordered about five watches in the last few months. I returned one because the quality was not that great for the price that I paid. I have another one that has a bracelet that I have to take to a watch repair to get the bracelet adjusted, which I didn’t know, I clicked on the special instructions and it doesn’t even include it in the instructions. Now I want to buy a watchband and all the watchbands are sold out however, on the Canadian website, they have hundreds of different watchband but I can’t buy any of them because I’m in the United States , pretty frustrating working with this company considering how much money I’ve spent in the last four or five months”
“Unfortunately the watch did not work out. While the return process was easy, the refund was extremely slow in coming. When I checked on the status of the refund, they said it could take 15 business days. Interesting that they have their watch back but will keep my funds for almost a month.”

“The watch is perfect, the quality is excellent.....however, the wrist band compass is unacceptable, didn't work right out of the box. The needle is binding up, doesn't point magnetic north. My email exchanges with customer service to get it replaced under warranty have been a fail. First, they sent me a link to repair it.....not a repairable item. Then customer service sent me to their exchange web site, I send in my watch that works & the compass that doesn't and they will send all new. A waste of time and resources. I found the same compass on eBay and bought it.”

“There are so many choices, it was hard to pick one. Unfortunately, the model I already have, is no longer available. I chose the 3254.CB model.
My issue was the incredibly slow filling of the order. I ordered it on a Friday, and was informed that it could take 1-2 days to fulfill, and another couple of days to reach me. It took 2 weeks! Hence my only giving 3 stars. I note I received a plethora of advertising almost daily, but no watch showed up in my mailbox. That is not even close to what I consider customer-friendly.
Also, I note I was charged something for "route protection" but there was no explanation for what that was. In theory, shipping was free but in reality, I was charged for this "protection."”

“Watch was nice but had an issue with my order and could not get anyone to respond. Live chat said I’d get a response in 24-48 hours but 2 weeks later I still have yet to get a response. Ended up sending the watch back due to 15 day return policy. I’m sympathetic to being busy and understaffed but you have to do better than that. Have yet to resubmit an order.”
