“The watch is perfect, the quality is excellent.....however, the wrist band compass is unacceptable, didn't work right out of the box. The needle is binding up, doesn't point magnetic north. My email exchanges with customer service to get it replaced under warranty have been a fail. First, they sent me a link to repair it.....not a repairable item. Then customer service sent me to their exchange web site, I send in my watch that works & the compass that doesn't and they will send all new. A waste of time and resources. I found the same compass on eBay and bought it.”
“I have purchased divers watchers since 1969 when I was in the military. I went to the Luminox brand when they first came out cause I loved the quality. However, I purchased one of my Luminox watches from an unapproved dealer. I learned the hard way that you don't know how long an unapproved dealer has had the watch even though they are less money, and you'll find they have No warranty.”
“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I received a Luminox watch for Christmas. It lost one to two minutes every day. One day after a couple of weeks, it lost about 25 minutes. I sent it to the warranty repair service. About a month later, I got it back and over the next couple of weeks, it did the same thing, losing a minute or two per day and suddenly, one day, it lost 15 minutes. I sent it back to the Warranty service center with a note explaining the problem and asked for a replacement. A month later, I received the same watch back and it was losing a couple of minutes every day so I called Luminox customer service TWICE over the next week, getting a voice message saying that somebody would contact me within 48 hours. NOBODY CALLED so I filled out the form on their website and nobody called or emailed me. I then sent several messages through Facebook Messenger, receiving a response that somebody would get back to me. They never did.
From my experience, their watches don't work and they don't care about the customers.”

“Yes, I received my watch promptly, opened it up set the time and put it on, it lost 2-3 minutes per hour, so I bought an expensive watch winder, that didn't work, so I began trying to contact Luminox. I called the service center finally, and the nice lady told me to just send it back and they would replace it.
Well I figured out how to do that, It has been a couple of weeks, I know they have received my watch, but I haven't heard a thing from anyone. At this point, I would never buy a watch from Luminox.”
“There are so many choices, it was hard to pick one. Unfortunately, the model I already have, is no longer available. I chose the 3254.CB model.
My issue was the incredibly slow filling of the order. I ordered it on a Friday, and was informed that it could take 1-2 days to fulfill, and another couple of days to reach me. It took 2 weeks! Hence my only giving 3 stars. I note I received a plethora of advertising almost daily, but no watch showed up in my mailbox. That is not even close to what I consider customer-friendly.
Also, I note I was charged something for "route protection" but there was no explanation for what that was. In theory, shipping was free but in reality, I was charged for this "protection."”

“Fast delivery. I collect Luminox watches. My newest was XS. 3503. F model. With the blue face and white numbers you can easily tell time day or night . It’s rugged. Being retired military the watches have proven themselves in all weather conditions. Highly recommended . And the price is reasonable.”
