Now I have a watch without lume from a company who sucks their own ass about having such amazing lume. It also arrived with a dead battery. Worn Luminox since my military days but never again.”
“Tritium tubes glow at the optimum level of illumination. Honestly, it is the best-overpriced watch I have ever purchased. The case is made out of a material called "carbonox" (black plastic). We'll see if the crown/glass can hold up to the abuse. If so, I will certainly consider another purchase but I'll wait for black Friday/cyber Monday to save the 30% which might lessen the pain of paying too much.”

“I have worn Luminox watches since the early 90’s and recently purchased my third Luminox timepiece, the P-38 Lightning, 42 mm. Pilot Watch, XA 9522. Luminox is , in deed, a reliable timepiece in harsh outdoor environments, good looking while subtle, and reasonably priced for proven quality. You won’t go wrong with a Luminox. “I contacted customer service 2 times via phone left a detailed message and never received a call back. I also sent 2 emails and also never received a response. Finally I contacted the Corp office in the UK with my complaint and concerns. The only response I got to my 3 email was they will arrange for a refund. That is ok with me but I would have thought someone wants to know or understandI want to return the watch. Perhaps it’s defective? So in the end I will never do business with Luminox again and it’s a shame as I liked the watch but not the customer service.”

“Very simply, the watch has a traditional design with easy to read dial. The hands on the watch are distinguishable and easy to identify to prevent confusion when reading especially if you are diving. The numbers are clearly visible in darkness. The construction is pretty solid and so far the accuracy has been spot on. I am very happy with my purchase.”

Genuine rubber strap is very comfortable. I've had expensive Tag-Huer watches and this Luminox Original Navy Seal watch is second to none!”
