Bought a watch. Lume was COMPLETELY dead. Reached out to customer service. Was bold faced lied to three times about how Luminox would fix the issue. Now I have a watch without lume from a company who sucks their own ass about having such amazing lume. It also arrived with a dead battery. Worn Luminox since my military days but never again.
