“Your website is inaccurate and/or inaccessible. i have been trying for some time to book on-line from several computers but each time the system quotes and then fails when I try to book. The latest debacle today (a) i have input dates and the system is (incorrectly) telling me that the return date is before the departure date, and (b) it has then sent me this survey when i have not yet parked at the airport!! If it were not for the fact that I want to park at the airport short stay car park for convenience.................”

“I missed the bus at the first stop, ran to catch it at the second but he pulled away just as I got there. I kept running and the bus driver waited a few seconds at the third stop for me to get on the bus. I was very tight time-wise after the M1 was very slow & the road works - so really appreciated this. Thanked the driver for being considerate at the time and am happy to share this positive feedback with you too (just before 18:00 on 12 May. Medium Stay car park).”

“Had to park a long way from the bus stop. Carrying luggage this is not ideal. Also I've used this service twice now at Luton and both times the automated service has tried to charge me significant extras. The resultant delay whilst communicating with the help button has been poor for both me and the queue behind.”

“The ticket we were given at the barrier didn't have our booking reference on it as per email instructions so we weren't sure if we were in the right car park. Moreover, when we exited the carpark, it came up with a charge of £148 so we had to call the attendant to look up our booking to let us go.”

“Easy to follow instructions about entry and exit when we pre-booked. All went smoothly as we entered but we were disappointed at the quality of the car park surface and lack of road or space markings. Having used other airport parking this was not up to the same standards. Even Inverness was better and much more remote! Yes, less used but in view of the passenger numbers and income from parking, surely drivers deserve better than a rough surface in the short term parking area. Smooth exit procedure meant a fairly speedy escape.”

“Tarmac surface is uneven and broken in many points. There is no clear walking path to the terminal, we had to change direction twice. Parking slots are not well marked in some areas, and where marked the slots are quite small. Many cars are parked outside the designated areas”
