“Tarmac surface is uneven and broken in many points. There is no clear walking path to the terminal, we had to change direction twice. Parking slots are not well marked in some areas, and where marked the slots are quite small. Many cars are parked outside the designated areas”

“Had to contact parking control administration to get clearance to exit the car park owing to the machine insisting that I had over stayed my booking period. I had not overstayed and no extra parking charges were due as was confirmed by parking control .Otherwise the pre booking worked o.k regards Graham Webb”

“Booking, arrival and leaving were all good and the number plate recognition worked well. However despite booking and arriving early it was hard to find a space and it is a very cramped car park. Also a few vehicles had taken two spaces.”

“Easy to find and good bus service. At peak times a little difficult to squeeze on if you have children and a buggy. Could do with tarmacking the car park”

“Waited half an hour in the que to get out of the car park to get to the gate and be told I owe 95£ (3 times what I had already paid). Problem was resolved but not a nice experience after a long flight.”

“Carparking was good until we tried to leave and was told by the machine that we needed to pay £152.00 which was wrong because we had paid up front. Something you do not what to see when you have just had a long and tried day and just want to get home”

“Prepaid for longterm parking (£72 ish) - on inserting ticket when leaving carpark was informed by machine that I 'owed' £152. Guy I spoke to on 'help' button sorted the problem when I stated my surname, but an unenjoyable experience, and no apology.”
