“I used Priority Parking which compared to the cost of the other car parks seemed quite good value for what you get. On the day I flew, I was able to leave later than usual knowing my car would be taken care of directly outside the terminal. It was all very quick and fuss-free. I had been booked in online so my car key was taken from me at the entrance and I left my vehicle to be parked by a parking attendant. Picking it up at the end was just as easy. Would recommend.”

“Very easy to get to the terminal, regular busses and good signposting. Also the price was very reasonable, stayed for 5 nights so would have been more to take the train for 2x people Def use again”

“Was annoyed as I pre-paid for the service but I was still issued a ticket to gain access, luckily when leaving I managed to get a member off staff to raise the gate even though the machine expected me to pay again. And I arrived and left in the alloted time. overall I was disappointed with the service but happy with the problem solving.”

“The buses were very full-could do with more busses when it's busy! Also on the way out the ticket exit said we had no paid which panicked us at first but the man at the end of the call button checked and let us through”

“When entering my card to exit, I was informed that I still had to pay £76 to be able to leave the car park (I had prepaid). I pressed the call button, which kept on ringing out and I had to wait 5-10 minutes at the exit barrier until someone answered to let me out. After a long flight and forthcoming drive home, this was not ideal at 10.30pm!”

“Generally i am very pleased with the Mid term car parking at Luton airport. I use this car park every week, when i travel home on a friday. The bus drivers are freindly and helpful. It's a shame that the spaces aren't marked. This can often lead to people parking across 2 spaces and during busy times it can be very difficult to find a space. This process took me 35 minutes once. Also, pedestrian access to the car park would be helpful”

“My comments relate to Drop Off/Pick Up Parking Costs only and whilst £2.50 may be considered excellent value IF you are on site for a maximum 15 Minutes it is a complete RIP OFF if you a simply driving in dropping off/picking up and driving straight out !!! On top of that No Change given - another RIP OFF. If Gatwick and Heathrow are perfectly able to manage this situation for no charge how can Luton fail so miserably? Its only because 1 Star was the lowest rating to award that I gave that. Sort it out.”

“I used the long term car park at Luton Airport, very competitively priced and easy to book. Shuttle bus service runs from car park to terminal and vice versa. My only criticisms are that the website gives the impression that this car park is closer to the terminal than it actually is (it can add 30mins to your journey time waiting for a bus to take you there), & sometimes the bus can be quite crowded.”
