There needs to be more than one exit gate from the the long term car park and surely there have to be more up to date methods of exiting rather than having to stick a ticket into a machine, which appeared to be faulty at the time we tried to use it - or it should be able to read the ticket whichever way round or whichever way up the ticket is inserted!

My comments relate to Drop Off/Pick Up Parking Costs only and whilst £2.50 may be considered excellent value IF you are on site for a maximum 15 Minutes it is a complete RIP OFF if you a simply driving in dropping off/picking up and driving straight out !!! On top of that No Change given - another RIP OFF. If Gatwick and Heathrow are perfectly able to manage this situation for no charge how can Luton fail so miserably? Its only because 1 Star was the lowest rating to award that I gave that. Sort it out.

Awful. Spent half an hour driving around the car park trying to find somewhere to park. The "Free Spaces" sign led all around the car park to a dead end. The shuttle bus took significantly longer than the 10-15 mins to arrive. Will not be using again at any point in the future.

Gates did not recognise my numberplate, holding the call button down on the intercom resulted in a 3 minute wait for anyone to answer, while cabs were sounding their horns behind - wasn't until I jumped out of the car and walked to the kiosk before the gate opened - signposts poor, random second barrier to go through - bunch of jokers ripping people off, avoid

I have not used the parking yet. Very distressing to receive this request as it made me worry that the booking was wrong. I have since reconfirmed the booking as being in July.I would be grateful for an explanation as to how this has occurred.

Initially parking was good at 04.30 in the morning. However on the return journey we had to wait at least 25 minute's for the bus, Thankfully we were able to board the bus but many could not due to the numbers waiting. It was like a rugby scrum to achieve the boarding with all present risking personal injury from other people s luggage and the pushing and shoving of all and sundry. Not a good experience. When trying to leave the car park only one barrier was in operation which was partially blocked by several construction workers who were pouring concrete from a mixer lorry adjacent to the only operating exit lane. The said concrete splashing all over, not only mine but several other cars queuing to exit. Realising that this would damage my paintwork if the chemicals in the concrete were to allowed to cure I pulled into a near by garage and was able to wash it off before any permanent damage was done. all in all NOT a good experience at all.

Poor selection of stores, and what there is in the terminal is overpriced, what is also disgusting is the way this poorly managed airport RIP OFF the car drivers and have seen fit to introduce a 20% increase in drop off charges, this stinks and the management should hold there head in shame. But as they are also involved with the incompetent Labour run council, this is par for the course. I use numerous airports throughout the world and Luton is quite possibly the worst airport I travel through.

Extremely disappointed due the fact had to wait for more than 45 minutes to get a transfer. One driver refused to Board a passenger because they haut bought coffee. As per his bus rules no food or drinks are allowed on board. After paying such a out of money. No satisfaction and customer service towards paying customers. Driver extremely rude...!!! Severely delays to get another bus. 2 transfer bus came out of service. Will not recommend or use again.

Having arrived before 5am for a 6am flight, we finally got on the 4th bus to arrive in the car park. Nearly missed our flight, why do your buses pick up from the first bus stop everytime they come into the car park, you do have people parking on the other side of the car park. Very poor service

Pre paid but machine displayed I owed £152 . Had to hold up other people whilst I found reference number and speak to operator. Wonder how many people pay what machine displays.CON!!!!!!

I travel a lot for work but never through Luton before - and frankly never again. Not enough parking spaces / infrequent car park buses both on departure and arrival / little seating in departures / bars more concerned with making a profit from alcohol sales than the well-being of travellers and the effects on those around them / long queues, long delays and no staff to willing to help at the gate / HUGE queues at passport control on return.

When we left the car park the ticket machine said there was an outstanding blance of 105 pounds. But had pre booked it and payed up front.

I was slightly late back to the car, and was charged me an extra day, even though the total stay was well within the number of days I paid for. I won't be using this parking again - there are cheaper options which are no further away and don't overcharge you.

Landing at Luton airport is like visiting a third world airport. On Saturday 9th. 2015 we arrived on a Thomson flight from Menorca. We were kept waiting for 15 minutes on the plane as a) the steps weren't ready for disembarkation and b) I was told that there was no reception personnel available to lead us from the plane to the terminal. On going to the baggage reclamation there was a delay of about 20 minutes, not just at our reclaim point but also at others. I rarely fly from Luton through choice, there is always some problem that spoils the holiday. The whole place looks and feels tatty, a definite lack of investment in the environment surrounding your customers. I don't suppose for a minute that there will be any response to these words, but feel free to reply. When asked by friends if they should use Luton, it's a definite no.

Prebooked the mid term car park. when I got there, there was no space. The stewards were getting people to park in lanes, which could have resulted in cars getting damaged. I was moved to the short term car park. The short term car park is atrocious - it is the worst car park I've seen. There is no proper surface, there are few proper markings, most of the lanes are blocked at the ends so you have to reverse all the way back if there is no space - it is just chaos. The mid term car park seems just as bad. Leaving your car at Luton airport is not a pleasant or stress-free experience.

I haven't been yet! Receiving this email regarding my "recent parking experience" nearly gave me a heart attack, thinking that I had incorrectly booked my visit dates!!! Thankfully I still have the confirmation email which states the dates are as I booked them, but they are still almost 2 weeks in the future. Receiving an email like this prematurely is appalling!!!

Despite paying my £ 33 fee online in advance for my 1-3/may parking and without overrunning on my departure time I was prevented from exiting at the gate on 3/may unless I paid an additional £ 69. Pressing of the call button to correct this oversight went unanswered for 2 mins so a large queue built up behind me. Finally exited after speaking to an operator. A neighbouring driver to me in the same predicament reluctantly paid a further £ 69 just to be able to exit. A very poor experience
