“Very hard to give feed back on parking at luton airport when I am not parking there until the end of june”

“Arrived at the car park and there were absolutely no spaces. There were a dozen other cars desperately trying to find spaces. People were parked everywhere on walkways etc! The signage in the car park that was directing you to spaces made you go to parts of the car park that were already over full! No one on site to help or assist. On the return had to wait 30mins for the bus. Then when I tried to exit the car park it said I had an additional payment of £79 even though I had pre paid. Would never park here again! Over priced and disorganised”

“The surface in the mid term car park is a disgrace. I complained to a member of staff at the airport and they said they would "look into it".”

“The time and petrol wastage it takes trying to find a space is ridulous, you might aswell park at Airparks a few miles away and save all the hassle... Fly from Luton 8-10 times a year, have a always gone with Airparks.. Thought I'd give Luton Longstay a go... Never again !!!”

“It's like driving into the Third World after the USA has bombed it. Huge craters and broken Tarmac everywhere with hardly any free spaces which are very tight. No wonder they don't put pictures of the actual car park on the website. Don't expect premium parking at a premium price and don't even think about bringing a premium car here! Shocking - choose the mid term car park if you can, it's actually better than this lol.”

“We used Drivefly and they were diabolical!We rang as soon as the bags were collected but still had to wait 45 minutes for our car to arrive.Meet&Greet?????Will not use them again.”

“Infrequent bus, overcrowded bus, car park so full that cars were parked in the aisles, meaning it took longer and was harder to find spaces. Poor and uneven surface. In short a miserable start and finish to my trip.”

“Not satisfied at all. I've booked parking online and I've had to pay again while leaving the parking because system didn't recognised my car plate. Tried to contact customer service but no response since two months, very bad experience”

“No spaces available at long stay - had to park in a 'non space' after 20mins of looking otherwise would have missed flight. No attendants and no signs. Unacceptable and very expensive for a rubbish service. Bus service was good although you spend longer looking for a space.”

“Way out: On entering the long stay car park we got stuck behind the bus going round because there's no room to get by, found a space by which time bus had gone! Waited 15-20 mins for next one with about 15 other people. By the time the bus left to go to the airport we were packed on. Way back: waiting at bus stop for 15 mins, bus stop crammed with people, ONE bus turns up, can't fit everyone, we were like a tin of sardines again! Car park needs a big lay out change so you don't get every car piled up behind the bus as it goes round , and need more frequent buses.”

“Very worried that you should ask for a review in view of the fact that we have not travelled yet and are not travelling until 17 June. I do hope your records are correct and that our booking Ref KPR50 us still good!"!!”

“No spaces where the 'spaces' sign directed me (mid-term car park). Terrible road surface off the main route. Poorly designed bus shelter let in the pouring rain through gaps plus the roof was leaking (bus shelter C). I had booked online but when I tried to exit the car park it said I owed £63+ so I had to press the help button to get the barrier lifted.”

“Dead end without sign, meaning various people had driven to the end and had to 3 point turn to get back out. Walk was certainly not 2-3 minutes. More like 5-6 minutes. Tarmac in the car park was very poor condition”
