Nice and easy mid term , having found Meet & Greet very expensive ..... Twice the price of Meet & Greet at Stansted

Very easy to use, just booked online and turned up. Bus service was good, and it's not that far from the mid term car park. Only negative is the ground is very uneven and gravely.

Rating would of been 5 star but the exist gate did not accept my ticket and had to call the attendant who let me through. Other than that it was a great experience and would definitely use again and recommend

Plenty of space to park, reasonable pricing and frequent bus service from car park to airport terminal.

Very convenient overall, close t airport and served well by the shuttle buses. At the exit though we were presented with outstanding amount of nearly £90 when we had already pre-paid. It was sorted soon enough but delayed us by a few minutes and was a bit daunting to think we owed that amount on top of what we had already paid.

The booking and shuttle services were good but when we returned and put our card in the machine it said we owed £57 when we had not overstayed our three day booking. Luckily we were allowed through but the initial shock was not what we needed at almost midnight!

On entry was very good took ticket as instructed and went on holiday. On our return tryed to exit by putting the ticket in the barrier again as instructed on the paperwork but this time the barrier did not open and requested that we pay the full short stay car parking. Good job I had our booking number at hand once quoted it was no problem but when you have just returned from a long trip it was a bit of a shock. But all good in the end

All good until we came to leave when the ticket machine did not recognise us as a Pre-Booked customer. A quick chat via the intercom resolved everything

Overall it was a good experience only slightly marred by the fact that the driver of the bus didn't wait for us despite the fact we had our luggage and were within 30m of the stop when he drove off with virtually an empty bus.

it wasn't really an issue but the card machine on my exit didn't compute so barrier wouldn't operate. Guy on the intercom dealt with it straight away. Otherwise excellent parking service

Easy to find and quick buses to and from airport. Only downside was on leaving the car park the machine said outstanding amount due! This was not the case as had pre booked and paid online and was in allotted time. I buzzed for assistance at 2am and gave my reference number I was then able to exit. I would use again.

I did not find the carpark with the satnav 'postcode' but it was signed clearly enough. Easy to use and find the shuttle bus. I had a bit of a scare coming back and being asked to pay more money to get out (an extra £70) Our plain had been delayed by quite a bit and though I had left some extra time seemed a problem, With my reference at hand the person checking it let me out with what I had prepaid. Maybe was just a case of not having enough details in the first place. Definitely make sure you have your reference of payment at hand. Now I know that and how to use it I would use it again.

Overall the experience of parking, getting to the airport from the car park with a baby in tow was easy however upon return we found our car had been hit by another car on the passenger door. Really disappointed in this matter and I'm currently chasing some cc-tv footage from customer services. Hope they come through. The car park needs Tarmac-ing. The exit was easy too, no problems. I just really annoyed that someone hit our car and didn't leave their details.

Pink signs difficult to see at night.( and small ) Sat Nav very useful at this point after a 4 hour drive.

Parking and shuttle service all good although for the second time in two months the online booking system required interaction with staff at the entrance/exit gate.
