Quick, convienient and easy to use. We were able to drive straight in and find a space easily. Bus to the terminal was prompt amd quick. Bus back to parking was prompt, and quick. Exit was easy and hassle free.

Problem when I returned and the ticket was not accepted, too over ten minutes to get out of car park.

I use this car park a lot and is generally very good. The last two times I have had problems that were overcome. First one the vehicle reg was not recognised and i was told to take a ticket and then when I left that time the ticket wouldn't let me out so had to talk to operator again. Frustrating. This last time the booking was made by someone else for me but I didn't get an email with the booking reference so had to phone for email again. It still didn't come but we had noted the booking reference from the phone call. It was fine at the entrance barrier on this occasion.

My only complaint was the fact we had to wait half an hour for the bus to take us back to the car park.

Good value except when you have to pay an additional fee for overstaying due to flight cancellation

Booking, arrival and departure all went very well. However, the state of the car park surface is appalling and I think you are taking advantage by charging what you do for such condition. It is dangerous in places. Also, please consider setting out clearly marked parking bays to prevent some of the selfish parking. Please let me know what you plan to do. Many thanks.

I cannot overstate how pleased I was with the parking experience at Luton this month. I found the entrance to the car park, I went in, I parked. Then I went away for a week. When I came back the car park was exactly where I had left it, no need to search for it like in so many other airports. My car was still in the car park and I was able to leave through the conveniently signposted exit. An entirely pleasurable experience. Honestly, if I could marry a car park I would be in Luton with flowers and a diamond ring so fast it would make your head spin. Thanks to all the cheerful parking team at Luton.

The long term parking was still close to the airport and had no problems with buses both going and coming back. Only thing was that we pre paid our parking, however when we left and put the ticket in the machine it asked us to pay again. Saying that, we pushed the help button and they were on call right away (this was almost midnight) and let us through. No hassle what so ever. Will use this car park again.

2nd time used and 2nd time needed operator to get out out at the end having to wait?? Not just a simple put in your ticket and leave!!!

The short term car park is very close to the airport terminal which is great. The ticket which was bought and paid for in advance did not work, but the man on the end of the line sorted it out and we were soon on our way. Good service and using it again in a few weeks.

Would have been a 'very good' rating but the approach was extremely frustrating due to the long line of cars at 6am trying to get to various ports of call at the airport. The road approach system needs serious review!

Everything was fine, but system did not see that i have prepaid booking, need to speak by help buton on entry , but staff very helpfull and fixed the problem , see you again soon

Didn't have to wait too long for the bus to take us to the terminal; when we arrived back the driver didn't call out the stops as we approached them and in the dark they were quite difficult to see.

Overall the parking experience was good, however it was POURING with rain when I returned (not your fault I know) but a sheltered walk way that extends further out towards the car park would be good!

The registration plate scanner got one digit wrong at entry and so didn't recognise my number plate at exit. Fortunately, the person at the other end of the help call button was very helpful and efficient. You may wish to improve on the registration plate recognition software.
