Took ages to find a space even though I was pre booked. only a few spaces left. and the spaces are so small if you went with anything other than a small family car its hard to get in or out of the tight spaces, Also very little room between rows to get in and out.

It was very challenging to find any parking spaces when I arrived even though I pre-booked the parking. Wonder how many cars they let in before they realise the lot is full.

Had to park a long way from the bus stop. Carrying luggage this is not ideal. Also I've used this service twice now at Luton and both times the automated service has tried to charge me significant extras. The resultant delay whilst communicating with the help button has been poor for both me and the queue behind.

The ticket we were given at the barrier didn't have our booking reference on it as per email instructions so we weren't sure if we were in the right car park. Moreover, when we exited the carpark, it came up with a charge of £148 so we had to call the attendant to look up our booking to let us go.

Tarmac surface is uneven and broken in many points. There is no clear walking path to the terminal, we had to change direction twice. Parking slots are not well marked in some areas, and where marked the slots are quite small. Many cars are parked outside the designated areas

Booking, arrival and leaving were all good and the number plate recognition worked well. However despite booking and arriving early it was hard to find a space and it is a very cramped car park. Also a few vehicles had taken two spaces.

Waited half an hour in the que to get out of the car park to get to the gate and be told I owe 95£ (3 times what I had already paid). Problem was resolved but not a nice experience after a long flight.

You tried to charge me £171 on our exit of the car park saying there was an outstanding payment even though we had a booking. Finally you found the booking!!

Prepaid for longterm parking (£72 ish) - on inserting ticket when leaving carpark was informed by machine that I 'owed' £152. Guy I spoke to on 'help' button sorted the problem when I stated my surname, but an unenjoyable experience, and no apology.

Was ok until I tried to exit the park, barrier would not open on my card, Came up as £152 to pay ? Operator eventually answered the call button and opened the barrier. Was there for 5 minutes with traffic waiting behind ! Not good.

My flight arrived early late Monday evening. There were no other arrivals at Luton during this time. I got out of the terminal quickly as I had no luggage. But then waited 25 minutes for a shuttle to the mid term car park. In that time two long term shuttles arrived. I was freezing cold and very unimpressed. It seems that they cut one or more of the mid term shuttles out.

Mid term car park better than short term as bus drops passengers near terminal door. There should be an option to walk to terminal from mid term. Bus not as frequent as promised. Short term booked for trips of 2 or 3 days is hopeless; long walk to terminal building, often in the rain, from poorly surfaced car park with insufficient spaces. Charging for drop off or pick up which is not near terminal building is nothing short of theft!

I prepaid for my parking and on arrival spent 20 mins driving around looking for a space as it was absolutely full. At least 5 other cars were in the same boat as me. If I'd been late for my flight it would have been a nightmare. On leaving the barrier didn't automatically raise, so I also had the inconvenience of having to wait for someone (who treated me as if my call was a huge annoyance) to answer the phone and let me out. All this when the parking isn't exactly cheap either.

I had booked in advance for Medium Term, but only managed to park right on the edge near the fence and really too close to another car in desperation as there were NO SPACES (this was on Saturday, 16th May, mid morning) and I nearly missed my flight. The surface of the carpark is poor, gravelly and full of potholes. There are NO signs/row numbers to help you remember where you have parked. The bus service is so slow and infrequent that the last twice I have arrived back, I have walked from the terminal and not been passed by a bus on either occasion. If I had a choice I would not use Luton airport at all, but the airline service itself , ie Easyjet, from there is good and let down by the awful airport and parking facilities.

got the request for review Luton car park but my booking is for the next month worth to check when the email is sent to the (future) customers and that it takes place after the booking period not before

The parking location was OK in itself and plenteous, but the shuttle bus service was extremely slow and infrequent . On the departure it took 40 mins from parking up at 5.05 am to arrive into the terminal and on the return leg ( 4pm approx ) there was 30 mins wait for a long-stay bus . I think there was only one bus that was getting held up in traffic.

Prepaid parking worked fine, but was the only positive. The car park was a bloody nightmare, cars abandoned any where, making it nearly impossible to drive around, as at some points you could barely fit your car through the gaps, without putting your mirrors in. My feeling is that more cars are aloud in the car park than there are spaces.

Condition of the car park surface is very bad, spaces too tight, ANPR didn't pick up my registration. On the plus side booking was easy and straightforward and it's close to the Departures Terminal.

I have used this service previously and have always had a positive experience. However on this occasion upon arriving at the carpark the registration was not recognised and I had to take a ticket. I did not think much of this until I tried to exit the carpark and was confronted with an £84.00 bill. I can only assume my registration was not entered into the system. I would like to say that the female customer assistant at the car park at 10.15-10.30pm was extremely helpful and sorted the problem swiftly.
