Mid term car park is only partly tarmac'd so gravel everywhere. Shuttle Bus doesn't run as often as advertised.

I made a mistake when booking on line the flight leaving Lanzarote was on the 11th June and arrival in Luton on the 12th,I inadvertently put arrival as 11th.When I arrived at Luton I told the representative admitting the car and he just altered the date. However when I arrived to pick up my car I had to pay a further £ 36 for the booking mistake I had made. The car parking company were fully aware of the flights from Lanzarote on that date and I feel that I was ripped off at a time when I was most vulnerable.I used that parking facility because I am a disabled pensioner despite the fact that it is very expensive, needless to say I shall never use it again. I can't believe you charge people to drop off or pick up passengers. It's infuriating. Give people. 5 minute window at least before extorting them

Short term car park. It is not well sign posted, in a bad state of repair with cars parked wherever. no supervision.

Potholes everywhere, litter everywhere, very tight parking spaces and hard to read white lines indicating exit etc. Overall poor value for money and a bad welcome back to Luton.

The drivers of the inter connecting buses both ways were rude and uncooperative. On arrival I was 20 metres away from the shelter and my wife at the bus asked the driver to wait what would have been 15 seconds but he refused and drove off. It was cold and pouring with rain. It's this sort of thing that would make me look for any alternate airport for my next journey

Potholed, stony and dusty wasteland with no road markings and absolutely no indication of where the free spaces are. Drove up a row of parked cars to discover that there was no exit at the other end and I'd have to execute a turn in a very narrow space to escape. The enormous Range Rover behind me wasn't able to and had to reverse all the way! The row I eventually parked in was the same - lucky there were spaces, since several cars had entered the row and trying to escape all at the same time would have been a nightmare. When I came back (at night) to collect my car it took me about 10 minutes to work out how on earth to reach the exit, since it's not signposted and as previously mentioned there are no road markings. I would say avoid, but obviously if you want to park at Luton airport you haven't got many other choices...

Short stay is shoddy like the rest of Luton airport. Coming out of the exit of domestic arrivals you have to cross 3 potential lines of traffic or go round a long walk to get back to short stay.

the state of the ground in the short term car park is poor. It clearly needs resurfacing. Very hard to pull suitcases along and lack of suitcase trolleys

Short term car park was overfull with some aisle ways blocked. Did not give the impression of being well managed.

Parking in the gravel can seriously damage your car. There is s many loose stones around I'm surprised I didnt get a puncture

Dropping car off no problem, but not very professional approach. Staff had appearance of people who just do it to make a few quid. Very shambolic. On return called as requested when collecting luggage. Was told car would be there in 10-15 mins. Actually arrived 1 hour later. Nobody on site could answer questions. Again shambolic. Luckily no rain as would have got soaked waiting outside with no cover. Will not be using swift again

Although we had pre booked a space in the mid term car park, when we arrived the car park was full and people were driving round looking for spaces. Luckily we were very early for our flight and therefore were able to spend time driving round. There were no free spaces and we has to wait until someone vacated one before we could park. Very unsatisfactory. We had paid in advance for a car parking space and it doesn't seem unreasonable to be able to park on arrival.

Whilst the very early morning pick-up from the long term car park was okay, on returning to the UK we could not fit onto the first bus so waited for the next which was at least 25 minutes rather than the "every 15 minutes" advertised. Another issue was that more people could have fitted onto the bus both ways if the driver had managed boarding as many people did not bother to place their luggage on the rack but simply put it on the gangway and stood there with all of the higher rack space empty. I was advised on the phone to use the long term car park at £43.49 for 5 days when others who have been away for the same or fewer days used the short term c ar park for less cost. I usually use APH when I go via Gatwick and park offsite with a bus transfer where the driver loads the luggage in the hold. I leave the car at reception and they park it and bring it back on my return to the reception area. The parking is fully secure and costs about £60 for 2 weeks and I don't have to drag my luggage round and think their service is far superior.

Road surface very poor in places. For mid term car park, time between buses is too long.

You charge Criminal Prices! The bus service is exceptional but the cost of parking for one day shouldn't be 30 quid. That's insane. Also 2.50 to get to the drop off

On arriving back at Luton from my destination - on a very early flight - I was told, quite rudely, by the bus driver that I was not allowed to bring my coffee on board. Despite having paid £2+ for the coffee, and not yet even having had a sip! I was forced to leave it behind to take the bus back to the car park. There were no visible signs indicating that drinks were not allowed on the bus, and the drive was unnecessarily rude and bad-tempered about it. Not the 'welcome home' I was hoping for!
