Had to watch one bus go past us then wait 20 min for the next a lot of people walked to the terminal not good really

The state of the carpark is poor . Isn't it time for tarmac all over? My last but one visit was very stressful because of lack of space and cars parked at the end of rows meant that I had to reverse in every row rather than go round the carpark to find a space! Don't you need a two-story carpark? At my last visit (2 days ago) I left at 00:18, having pre-booked my carpark (£34 - booking JVY60) but was unable to leave the carpark . No one replied to the help button at the barrier and I had to pay £111 to leave the carpark. I am currently waiting for the refund. The only good point is the proximity to the terminal. regards M Lovell

I have been sent this review form for a reservation that has not yet been completed! We will be parking on 20 June and was sent this survey on 11 May! Hence I have ticked poor as there is no option to tick not yet applicable!

Easy on entry but overcharged on exit despite leaving an hour before my time elapsed. Asked to pay additional £20 at barrier. Spoke to helpful assistant who let me out.

Parking was a breeze for the outbound flight, arriving back was a different matter, the short stay car park was poorly lit, after putting in my prepaid ticket into the machine it came up with an excess fee of £222.00 shocked is not the right word, after contacting the man at the other end of the button he cancelled it, I would avoid Luton altogether very limited choice of food

Actual parking and location of the car park we great. However in spite of pre booking the parking 2 weeks before when i was leaving the car park it didn't recognise this and i had to pay again for the parking!! i think it is being resolved now, but far from a great experience.

Usually have no problem but pre booked and paid for my parking only for the car park to not automatically recognise my car when arriving and departing. Meaning on exit I had to speak with a member of staff and prove my booking ref rather than leave automatically as I should've been able to

The during two recent visits to the short stay parking area I was not able to leave without having to give details via the exit bar intercom. I was under the impression that the system was automatic and relied on camera reading of number plates.

Location on the airport very good. but on our return the barrier would not open saying excess charge even though there was plenty of time left on the ticket. pressed for assistance and it took ages for some one to answer by this time there was a big line of traffic behind all shouting for us to move out of the way . this was not only happening at our barrier but the other one to we parked on the mid term car park.

Short stay car parking signage around the front of the terminal is awkward to follow and caused me some confusion. The car park itself is awful and in desperate need of resurfacing and properly marking out for traffic flow and parking. I returned on a very rainy morning and the potholes around the car park caused me to get wet feet. The ONLY saving grace for the short term parking is that it is close to the terminal.

On exit, at 12.00 at night, the barrier machine showed an amount payable of £168, when the parking was prepaid, limited staff to assist, delayed exit by 20 minutes.

Good signposting and close to the terminal, however there were no clearly marked bays and the road system within the car park was not clear. There was no one-way or two-way system, it just seemed like a free-for-all to find a space.

1) you need to surface the road in the car park. difficult to move luggage on the car park. 2) was raining and windy in my return - covered car park and covered area leading to car park would be good. 3) would prefer to fly from Heathrow instead as a result

The stated travel time/frequency from Long Stay parking was a problem. While stating a typical time of 10 minutes and a 15 minute frequency, it in fact took 35 minutes to travel from the bus stop (after a 10 minute wait) to the terminal which caused me to arrive at the gate after it had closed (luckily I was still allowed on my flight). Please amend stated times to better reflect reality. There is a clause to say times may take longer, but I feel the stated times are misleading. I felt while my journey was fairly busy it was not atypical in terms of the amount of passengers.

Yet again the car number plate recognition did not work. Don't plan on a quick getaway from this parking.

Car park was rather unorganised with no specific bays and struggled to find a space. When exerting the car park, registration was unrecognised so although I prepaid, took about 15 mins to get out of the barrier at 1am as no response to the "help" button.
