“Struggled to find a space in the Short Term car park, the medium term looked full. There is an issue in finding a space because if you drive up a row and there is no space then you cannot turn round you have to reverse the entire length of the row. Clearly you are getting very busy, but you need more space.”

“I have been sent this review form for a reservation that has not yet been completed! We will be parking on 20 June and was sent this survey on 11 May! Hence I have ticked poor as there is no option to tick not yet applicable!”

“It was easy to find a space and the bus arrived after 5 mins, so everything worked very well. As the mid-term car park is so close to the terminal it would be ideal if it were possible to walk to/from the car park - but the pavement is on the other side of the road and inaccessible due to a barrier.”

“Efficient and easy parking. Use it once a month and always pre book and pay in advance. On 2 occasions have been told I need to pay on the way out, however after pressing the assistance button and speaking to the person on the other end of the line it always gets sorted quickly.”

“Very good. It was dark & raining when we arrived at Luton. To be able to park, hand over the keys and get straight into the terminal was brilliant. On picking up the car, just went into the office signed for the key and off we went, no hassle no fuss, well worth it. Cheaper than taxis there and back for us. would definitely use again. Thanks”
