When I arrived at the airport I was sent from the correct area to the short term car park only to be sent back again. On calling the Customer Service I had confirmed I was in the right place in the first place. When I finally checked in, the service was at best surly. Rather than admitting a mistake, they tried to push the blame onto me for arriving later than expected. Any time I might of saved by valet parking was lost in the scenic tour of Luton Airport car parks. Will not use again.

Very pleasant experience, hassle-free, My partner is not well and she finds it difficult to walk very far, so the fact that the bus drops you of at the terminal door is very convenient.

Hassle free, however had to wait more than specified time for the bus from the parking area to the airport.

If only everything in life was as easy as arranging the priority parking online at Luton airport. Book, drive in, drive out, and all done efficiently. 5 star service at affordable prices.

Parking itself was very good. However, getting to you was a nightmare. This was due to the roadwork closures around junction 10, its poor signage, which in very heavy rain was very difficult to see in lorry traffic, which hid the signs. Horrendous.

Had to watch one bus go past us then wait 20 min for the next a lot of people walked to the terminal not good really

Virtually no spaces available, cones everywhere, car park surface varying from moderately broken to huge potholes. Overall very very poor

Good car park, close to the airport, and reasonably priced. I thought the bus took awhile to pick me up on the outbound leg of my journey (15 minutes), but coming back was swift.

Easy to book on line. No problems in finding the car park. No problems with entering or leaving the car park. Good bus service to the Airport

The car park is in very bad repair, lines are missing for most spaces, the tarmac is crumbling. Also no clear indication where there are spaces.

The state of the carpark is poor . Isn't it time for tarmac all over? My last but one visit was very stressful because of lack of space and cars parked at the end of rows meant that I had to reverse in every row rather than go round the carpark to find a space! Don't you need a two-story carpark? At my last visit (2 days ago) I left at 00:18, having pre-booked my carpark (£34 - booking JVY60) but was unable to leave the carpark . No one replied to the help button at the barrier and I had to pay £111 to leave the carpark. I am currently waiting for the refund. The only good point is the proximity to the terminal. regards M Lovell

Very friendly and was waiting for us to arrive and car was waiting for us when we returned and staff were friendly again even though we were late. We'll definitely be parking there again.

Pick up on arrival was good, waited only a few minutes for bus to take us to the terminal. On return from holiday the service was slower waited over the normal time for the return to the long stay car park. We were lucky to get on, others queuing had to wait for another bus. Held up at exit from car park by other cars where the barrier wasn't opening up, whether this was the system or drivers not ready or payment not paid I don't know. However overall experience was good.

Really good service, great location right by the terminal. Car was ready and waiting when I got back. On the motorway 10 mins after clearing immigration. Great.

MADE THE BOOKING BUT THEN HAD A DIFFERENT CAR SO HAD TO CHANGE THE REGISTRATION, VERY EASILY DONE ON THE WEBSITE WITH NEW CONFIRMATION.

Overall experience good, easy to find with good access to bus stops with clear signage throughout the car park. On departure, ticket machine stated outstanding value £152.00 which was a worry, though parking assistance available over the speaker to lift the barrier at no extra cost. Thankfully!!
