Booking was good and easy. Entry to carpark was clear and easy. Carpark surface was unacceptably poor, uneven and potholes full of water as it was raining, direction to parking spaces was poor. Direction for pedestrians across the carpark was poor, as was lighting (arrived and left in the dark). Exit from carpark was very poor on putting prepaid card, within booked time, in at exit barrier we were asked for £72! not acceptable, yes sorted by pressing button and talking to staff BUT no explanation or apology. An unpleasant experience at the end of a holiday.

Mid Term car park is more convenient for departures and arrivals. Cost only marginally higher than long term. Buses are frequent at the times we travelled.

The car park is in extremely poor condition, with craters too large to call pot holes. In addition to this, there is no circular route through the car park - cars have parked at the very ends of rows, meaning you have to reverse all the way down if you are unlucky enough not to find a space in that row.

The location and price are great BUT every time that I have pre-paid the barriers do not recognise this when I come to leave. This is very frustrating when you just want to leave and get home. Please fix this. There is clearly a wider problem as the people who answer the help button call admit this too. They are helpful but clearly frustrated that it doesn't work automatically.

Found booking easy , and simple . The e-mail confirming my booking gave me very good information , as to where i needed to go . The bus service was excellent . Overall , i was very satisfied ,and glad that i chose to park at Luton Airport , rather than travel down by train . Ecxellent , thank you !!!!!

It's was easy to find the car park, the ticket was there with my name on it. :) the bus picked us up, we didn't even have to wait. Will park there again for sure!

Very good service decent price. The only issue was that the exit machine didn't accept the ticket easily, I assumed it would swallow the ticket.

Not many spaces available, was unable to turn into the next row at the end and had to reverse back down. Ticket didn't work at the barrier. But just a quick ring to the intercom and was fine.

When I was leaving the car park I had to call for assistance as it said I had an outstanding payment of over £100, this was annoying because I had pre-booked and this shouldn't have happened. Luckily, the assistance was very smooth and I could leave the car park easily.

only one car park bus running therefor we had to wait ten minutes in cold. when we left car park and inserted ticket the barrier would not operate and we were told we needed to pay £128 even though we had paid in advance and we were 2 hours earlier than the booking time. We sorted it out on the intercom eventually but it left a poor impression.

I cancelled parking via Luton Airport direct due to you not being able to change my requirments to add priority channel. I rebooked via Parking for Less who carried out my full requirements excellently The parking experience was first class
