“Booking, arrival and departure all went very well. However, the state of the car park surface is appalling and I think you are taking advantage by charging what you do for such condition. It is dangerous in places. Also, please consider setting out clearly marked parking bays to prevent some of the selfish parking. Please let me know what you plan to do. Many thanks.”

“Thank God that Luton Airport car park is at last getting the recognition it so richly deserves. Last year myself,wife and children were due to spend a fortnight in Antigua but so enamoured were we with the splendid facilities on offer at the Long Stay we decided to stay there for the two weeks instead. Bravissimo Luton,bravissimo.”

“i must admit to being a trifle disappointed . When we fly from John Lennon Liverpool we are greeted at the entrance by a barber shop,quartet who put us in eaxctly the right frame of mind for our forthecoming holiday .. At Luton the absence of any sort of musical welcome did leave us feeling a little flat . Are fanfareless. car parks the norm in the south of England . .? Morag Teckniss ,”

“I have used the short term car park advance booking twice so far and both times at the barrier on the way out I was asked to pay whereas the ticket was prepaid. Ok they let me through once I let them have the reference but there is something wrong with the systems.”

“Easy to find. Parked straight away, bus transfers good but was asked to pay for our parking on exit. Pressed the button for assistance, explained paid for online and gave our ref code, the barrier was then lifted for us to exit.”

“I cannot overstate how pleased I was with the parking experience at Luton this month. I found the entrance to the car park, I went in, I parked. Then I went away for a week. When I came back the car park was exactly where I had left it, no need to search for it like in so many other airports. My car was still in the car park and I was able to leave through the conveniently signposted exit. An entirely pleasurable experience. Honestly, if I could marry a car park I would be in Luton with flowers and a diamond ring so fast it would make your head spin. Thanks to all the cheerful parking team at Luton.”

“The long term parking was still close to the airport and had no problems with buses both going and coming back. Only thing was that we pre paid our parking, however when we left and put the ticket in the machine it asked us to pay again. Saying that, we pushed the help button and they were on call right away (this was almost midnight) and let us through. No hassle what so ever. Will use this car park again.”

“Short stay carpark was really packed it was difficult to find a space, long walk to the terminal, cars blocking the footpath not easy to navigate, came to the fence and had to walk a long way around. At the barrier the camera failed to pick up my registration plate so had to call attendant to exit, short wait but got out quickly thereafter”

“The whole process was ridiculously easy - I am a big fan. Easy to get into airport and find car park (although I am familiar with Luton airport and it's not a big place so maybe this is why); easy to find a spot, quick walk to terminal; and amazingly quick easy on exit...I didn't even have to pay for the time over my original booking that I was parked for, due to the flight being delayed. I will - and have! - book again. Thanks!”

“It took us ages to find a space, which was right at the back of the car park and quite a long walk to the nearest bus stop. No problems with either bus transfer, which were excellent. As an aside, I think the policy of charging to drop people off (and using a camera car to check it) is outrageous, to such an extent that it would discourage me from using Luton if I had a choice. It's like Luton is becoming the Ryan Air of airports.”

“The short term parking is very convenient -- 2-3 minute walk to the terminal, it makes flying out from Luton extremely painless (at least from a driving/parking/getting there and back perspective, you have to talk to the airlines about other aspects of flying from there!!).”
