Overall the parking experience was good, however it was POURING with rain when I returned (not your fault I know) but a sheltered walk way that extends further out towards the car park would be good!

Very easy, everything worked. Plenty of spaces, didn't have to wait long for the bus. The price was very good value for money.

The registration plate scanner got one digit wrong at entry and so didn't recognise my number plate at exit. Fortunately, the person at the other end of the help call button was very helpful and efficient. You may wish to improve on the registration plate recognition software.

I booked online and the gate wouldn't let me out on my return. I had to hit the 'help' button. The guy at the other end was really helpful though and just let me straight through. The bus service to the terminal is regular and quick. I can't fault this service.

I mistakenly booked the wrong dates for my 3-day travel, and discovered on the morning when travelling to the airport. The online system would not allow me to alter and no-one was answering the phone, so I sent an email advising of the situation. Following some backwards and forwards emails over the next days, I was advised by Apcoa that under no circumstances could this be changed, and my £40.99 parking would now be charged at £111. Man can fly to the moon, but changing dates on pre-booked parking is not possible! I guess Apcoa needed the extra £70. The days of looking after the customer seem to have gone, and I hope this review costs them more than the £70 they tried to take from me. And I will learn to double check the dates when booking car parking in the future, although it will never be with Apcoa again. Their corporate greed has left bad taste.

our only problem with the parking was the weather as the bus stop shelter does not protect from the wind and rain, fortunately we didn't have to wait too long for a bus

We used the mid term car park twice in 2014, entry was quick and easy,plenty of parking spaces and an excellent bus transfere to the terminal. That is why we chose to book it again for our trip later in the year.

Weak points first - Signage was only OK (confusing where drop-off and short stay entrances differ and no useful signage at all regarding where free bays might be in the short stay). Some layout issues too as there are rows without exits at the ends (or these had been blocked), meaning that if you drive down one and there is no free space you need to perform a hazardous reverse or a million-point turn. Now the good points - Location superbly convenient and not much price premium over the medium stay, which made it feel a real bargain. Also needed the assistance of staff over intercom, it was very clear and easy to have the conversation and the staff could not have been more helpful and considerate. Please pass on my thanks.

I pre-booked the short stay car park as it said on the official airport website that the car park is just 2-3 minutes walk from the terminal. However when I arrived I discovered that that the car park is considerably further than this, which wouldn't have been too bad except it was pouring with rain and the car park surface is very poor, with broken tarmac, gravel in places and lots of puddles. This makes dragging a wheeled suitcase somewhat arduous. I had to park about an 8-10 minute walk from the terminal as the car park was quite full. The numberplate recognition worked okay. The signing for the short stay carpark is not clear near the entrance as there is a drop off place too which it can be confused with. Very poor quality experience compared to other airports such as Birmingham, Stanstead and Gatwick.

Long queues into the short term parking as this is the same route as the drop off. will there be plans to improve this in the future.

Quick and efficient service. Online booking very straight forward. Unfortunately ANPR system did not issue me a ticket with the Booking reference on it. However Customer Help was able to quickly match my reference upon exiting the car park without inccuring any additional costs.

I often find that pre-booking does not work very well. I often get stopped and asked for payment on the way out, despite having pre-paid. Also, last time, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I arrived in Luton after midnight so I was charged for an extra day. What is your provision for delayed flights when teh parking has been pre-booked?

Speedy and great service, however your customers need to read when a bus pulls up at the terminal let the people on it off before you push through them to get on. The rear door opens to let people off, that's why the signs say board at the front door.

Love the auto recognition as I pull up to the gate. Helps even better when a coach is waiting both upon arrival and for return to the car park!

The worst parking experience ever! Badly signposted. Pot holes everywhere. No trollers nearby. Pouring with rain ( not your fault!) arrived at their terminal soaking wet and exhausted!
