“Once I got to the car park I was unsure where to park, the instructions / lines / signs could be clearer, took ages to find a space. I had to park at the very top and was very worried whether it was ok to park there.”

“Both times I have used this car park I have pre paid for my stay. On leaving both times the machine tried to charge me again, full rate for the parking. I think this is really bad and it obviously happens all the time as when I pressed the assist button both times the member of staff has not been surprised or apologised. It feels like a sneaky way to try to get people to pay twice.”

“Best compromise between cost and closeness - usually use it. But - 1/ number plate recognition system didn't recognise our pre-paid booking, so we were threatened with £zillions on the way out. Quickly solved by courteous staff, but still an hassle. 2/ paucity of direction signs to the exit left us doing an unneccessary tour of the car park.”

“A bit more expensive than other types of parking but well worth it.Simply drive in and leave your car, no hanging about while they come to pick up your car like some of the other valet services. Very professional service.Very easy pick up after your trip.I have booked it again for my two trips later this year.As the priority car park is close to the departure area its only a few seconds walk,ideal if the weather is bad.”

“It took me 10 minutes to walk to the airport across a dirty, pot-holed surface with no real pedestrian walkway. I had park quite far away. Also there were no trolleys close to my car. For the high cost I should get a better service than this.”
