“Car is100% secure no hassle just 5 minutes away from the airport frequency of the buses for pick up is 10-15 minutes.Impressive service While check out the machine displayed to us outstanding Amount is pending though we paid the whole amount in advance but it was resolved by the security officer very quickly may be system was not updated.”

“The last two times I have parked at Luton airport I have gone to leave and been told I have an outstanding payment and then have to contact someone to let me out because I had paid and booked online and don't have any money outstanding. It's a little frustrating when this happens as it does worry you which isn't what you want when you have just returned from your holiday.”

“The Premier Parking service was quick, easy and as described. Dropped the car off and was off into the airport in just a couple of minutes - just what we wanted in the early hours of the morning. Picking the car up again on the way back was even quicker. The most expensive option but was worth it.”

“This was the first time we parked at Luton airport car park. We were able to find space easily and they were good. Only one thing we need to comment was there was not a very good display to the long term car park from the main road. For mid-term car park the display was in green shows clearly and easy to follow. But we cannot find the Long term car park with the proper color and not mentioned in big letters. Specially we came around 5.30 am and was a bit difficult to follow the sign. If you could improve this then this is a best car park which we can recommend to our friends and others.”

“Used the car park twice recently and both times the barrier has failed to open on the way out and said I owe for my parking when I had pre paid. Also couldn't find my car the second time, my fault I couldn't remember the area I parked in but could there be a better system for this?”

“This is the second time within 12 months that I have used Luton Airport Midterm car parking and I have to say that on both occasions the simple number plate recognition and ease of access to the terminal building made this a trouble free part for both my outward and return journeys. Thank you Luton Airport parking. Especially because last night we landed at 11:55pm with an 11 year old boy in tow and the hassle free exit was much appreciated!”
