“The short term car park is very close to the airport terminal which is great. The ticket which was bought and paid for in advance did not work, but the man on the end of the line sorted it out and we were soon on our way. Good service and using it again in a few weeks.”

“Would have been a 'very good' rating but the approach was extremely frustrating due to the long line of cars at 6am trying to get to various ports of call at the airport. The road approach system needs serious review!”

“We always come to your carpark when we fly from Luton airport. Usually we are very happy with the service you provide. Unfortunately with our next booking which is ref:JCP54 there has been a problem as I booked for 7 nights from 15/05/2015 until 21/05/2015 and by mistake we go into 8days. I tried to sort this out over the phone but the people I spoke to were not helpfull and refused to let me off the extra time and I have got to pay another £19. I also made a mistake and double booked the Priority lane. I always book this through your company but Monarch now do this service and I had booked it through them and forgotten about it and booked it again with you. Obviously this is not your fault but having made this mistake and now having to pay the extra £19 out parking this time has cost us a lot more than normal. We are so happy with your service we have recommended you to a lot of people who now use you as well. This was a senior moment and I have got to learn from it. Kind Regards Dawn King”

“there is no justification for charging this much to park in a pot holed un-tarmacked field in luton but they do so because there is little or no choice. This allows them to squeeze the customer for as much as possible. Asking for feedback only adds insult to injury as they expect us to join in the pretence that they see us as valued customers When clearly they regard us as cash cows to be milked for every penny.”
