“Firstly, the car park is a dump site. Lanes are not properly marked and you feel as if you are destroying your car when driving over the gravel filled car park with huge stones that I always fear will cut into your wheels. also, it is more expensive than any alternatives around. To top it off, the barrier didn't recognise that I'd pre paid and tried to re-charge me. The buses are OK but do not seem to come every 10 minutes as promised (not sure that is what is promised for sure though). When in the car park, I feel somewhat dirty and can't really explain why. Oh, and just to complain a little more, driving in, it isn't clearly marked where to go and I drove where the buses go. I've never done that before. Very unhappy with all aspects of this car park and never recommed it to anyone and normally recommend and go to Air Parks which to be honest is also a bit grotty but so much cheaper.”

“Its a good location, very handy to the airport. But for an uncovered patch of tarmac with potholes and puddles for pedestrians to stumble into its rather overpriced. Not to mention all the multi-point turns up and down the isles to find a place to park...”

“does what it says on the tin - ANPR words when you drive into, and out of the car park. Prices can vary hugely which makes pricing journey's difficult. I'd ask for a simple sensible pricing policy so we can all see what it costs - like hotel room rates. Apart from that, this is a car park ... not much else to say.”

“Pre-booking process was fine, however the form stated that our entry into car park would be recorded, and the number plate and booking ref would be printed on the entry ticket - it wasn't, which made us worry that we were in the wrong car park! Then, because our entry hadn't been recorded, we had to buzz for absolutely ages at the exit barriers, before speaking to a man, giving the reference number, and being told the barriers would now raise. They didn't. Lots more buzzing, repeat of same process before barriers finally rose. Also cars tightly wedged, and lots of potholes. Given price, you would think they could improve this!”
