“The surface of the carpark has deteriorated over the past few years, and the layout means that if you turn down a particular aisle and it is full, you have to reverse all the way back as there is nowhere at the end to turn left or right.”

“Yet again when I went to leave the car park it told me that I had not paid. So had to press the button and speak to a very unhelpful lady to explain I had booked on line. Eventually after giving her my booking reference she said 'there you go' which I took to mean I could go now. However I waited and waited but the barier still did not rise. So I pushed the help button again And let her know I still could not get out where upon she snapped at me and asked if I'd pressed the stop button. Not possessing telepathic skills I had not realised that 'there you go' actually meant press the stop button. But finally I was released and was able to make my way home. Not the best level of customer service to be honest!”

“Ease of access to the car park & terminal were good but the surface of the car park itself left a lot to be desired being rather rough, full of stones & rubble easily flicked up to chip at paintwork.”

“Good price and easy to book. However, and this is often the case alas, the barrier didn't pick up my car reg on arrival and so the ticket showed as unpaid when leaving. Thankfully, a very helpful chap on the barrier intercom let me out - but not without a few minutes' delay and having to have my paperwork with me. When the car reg has been picked up in the past, it has been a great deal more seamless than this visit was.”

“I was surprised to see big potholes in the carpark and the ground was very rough quality. On exit the ticket gave us the non pre-booked price but we had already paid online. We had to reverse back and found an official who said ring for assistance at the barrier. We didn't see any notices to help us but it was dark.”
