Well signed to the long term parking area. Good bus service both ways. Easy to use and helpful operator on the access and exit gates when assistance needed

.Parking space easy to find. Did not have to wait long for bus either way. Driver of bus was cheerful at almost midnight

Very simple and quick to leave car on departure, car was waiting for us on our return and key was retrieved in a couple of minutes... perfect!

Used medium stay car park which was very easy to find and had a really good shuttle bus service. It was very close to the airport too

Easy to find and park. For the money it's about time the car park owners had the surface graded and tarmacked. Almost had a heart attack after putting my ticket in the exit barrier and being asked for £111 when I had prepaid! The chap on the intercom was able to confirm and let me out after a short wait.

When we arrived we were running late so tried to park in short stay to save time. We were advised not to as there was 'no space' (despite my colleague being pre-booked in the short stay car park). We were directed to mid-stay. We had to wait over 25 minutes for the shuttle bus to terminal, putting even more pressure on an already late arrival. Upon departure from the car park the machine failed to recognise that I had pre-booked and paid for my parking already. The member of staff I contacted rectified this quickly and without argument, but just another unnecessary hold up. Overall disappointed.

Pre-payment easy and good instructions given at the time. Long stay car park easy to find and good shuttle bus service both ways. Only problem came when we wanted to leave, the barrier machine decided we needed to pay £114.00!! The system had not identified that we had pre-paid and this took a couple of minutes to sort and we were allowed out.

It was easy and cheaper to book online. Slight minus is the fact bays not clearly marked, so cars tend to be abandoned in awkward places.

We pre-paid to park in the Short Stay Car park and walk to the terminal. The car park is very badly designed. There is only one very narrow through route and if you meet someone trying to get out - you get stuck. I had to reverse several times to avoid hitting other cars. The surface is appalling and full of potholes. We drove down a lane and there were no spaces - however you couldn't get out of the other end so had to do a 10 point turn to get out again - only to meet several other people doing the same thing! When eventually we did find a space - the row was very badly signed making it difficult to find the car on our return. Finally there are signs from the bottom of the car park showing the walkway to the terminal. However when you get over to them, the walkway is fenced off and you have to re-trace your steps and walk down the middle of the car park - with all the other people and cars getting stuck - to get to the exit. Dangerous apart from anything else. Not acceptable and not even cheap!

It's usually good parking but if there are no spots in short term you have to back down each lane which can be frustrating.

Arranging and parking were straightforward. Car Reg was recognized on entry OK. However, on exit it said i had £105.00 outstanding..... but I hadn't gone over my time. This was sorted out by the attendant fairly quickly though.

All was ok until you tried to overcharge me by £84 when I left the car park. Even though I had paid fully in advance and was well within my booked time slots the exit machine tried to get an extra £84 from me and caused an embarrassing hold up. The member of staff on the help button managed to sort it, but I will be reluctant to use you again. I feel very wary of your systems.
