Excellent and convenient service. took a lot of stress by simply dropping off car and having very short walk into terminal. Car waiting on our return, we would definitely use the service again and recommend to others

Getting into the car park (I thought was ok), parking and getting the bus were al fine. On return finding the bus and the getting to the car were fine. The issue came when it came to coming out. The ticket didn't register as a pre paid ticket. The intercom then took an age to get a response. Once the response came it was quickly dealt with. The booking was easy. I would use the service again and just hope that I don't have any issues leaving

For the price this car park charges, it would be nice if they'd Tarmac it. Full of pot holes and more like a waste ground than a proper car park. But at least it is close to the airport - just a short walk to the terminal.

Experience was good until it came to leaving the car park, where the exit machine said we had an outstanding balance of £111 (had booked and paid in advance for a total of £33.99 so was more than a little shocked to have an outstanding balance of about 3 times what we paid). However this was sorted relatively easy using the 'help' button on the exit barrier and with no further issues.

Booked long term parking online which was tsraight forward. LT parking well signposted and easy to find once at the airport. Spaces were plentiful and the bus stops well spaced to prevent long walks with luggage. Out going and return journeys were quick and the frequencies of the buses more than acceptable.

Ticket didn't work on exit. Asked for £111!!?? Waited for intercom to be answered and was resolved. Overall not too bad.

Everthing went very smoothly, transfer to airport was there waiting so couldnt fault anything.

On exit, it tried to charge me £168 - when I had already pre-booked it and paid around £60 already - after pressing the button in a panic, for about a minute, with people backing up behind me, someone eventually answered and let me through.

The short stay car park at Luton is a disgrace. For the amount you are charging the least I would expect if for it to be tarmac with spaces clearly marked. We arrived back at 2am and the lighting was OK but the signage was dreadful and pulling suitcases through craters filled with rainwater wasn't good. You really should have the whole car park re-surfaced and build a more straight forward route from the terminal to the car park. We also had to call the attendant on our departure as our pre-paid parking was trying to charge us £37 more. This was dealt with swiftly by the attendant but was another annoying point. Overall I was very unimpressed.

The parking in general was good except where to park in the short stay was confusing. Which parts were the short stay car park were not clear. Not enough signs in the car park and people didn't know where they were going. The direction from staff was not helpful either. But very convenient and close to terminal and reasonably priced if booked in advance

Luton Short Term is convenient for the terminal. However, signage is not very clear - I ended up in the drop-off zone and had no option than to pay £2.50 to get out, having pre-booked my short term parking. The short-term car-park itself was very full and the layout is awkward - if there is no space in a particular row, you have to reverse a long way. All in all, a bit more hassle than I would have liked.

Didn't register that I'd paid for online parking before so when I put my ticket in to leave it said I was overdue £150.... Bit of a scare to end the holiday on. But was fixed very quickly by good staff on the call button -THANKS!

The entrance is confusing and the car park surface is terrible, more like a dirt track with old kerbs everywhere that you cannot avoid. I prepaid, yet when I went to exit, the machine stated that there was an outstanding amount of £110.00. I then had to call for assistance who acknowledged the error and let me out. This was all a monumental waste of time. I would not recommend this parking service, but it is the only short stay service the airport has, so you don't have much choice.

I always use the mid-term car park and make the reservation online. Everything works really well. The only thing that I would like improved is the frequency of the buses from/to the airport - sometimes there is a bit of a long wait.
