All ok until time to exit car park, where there were very long delays and something wrong with ticket system, as we were advised we owed another £209 and we had already prepaid. Also on speaking to another motorist she was having a similar experience. Problem was resolved when speaking through intercom to an assistant.

On my way out the system at the barrier has requested me to pay the full amount as if I’d never pre-booked my stay! I had to call Customer Services to rectify the issue, which was solved in the end.

At exit barrier did not open had to contact for assistant and was activated.

Would definitely use again, reasonable price, regular shuttle buses to take you direct to the airport.

Easy process and easy to get to with regular buses, with the option to walk if required.

Great experience. Just booked online , simply go through the gate and park. No need to give the keys. Managed to get a spot just before the bus stop :) Buses comes with plenty of space , quick transfer, arrives just before the entrance to the airport. Great !

Good and easy. The only slightly down side was the lack of clear early signage once you go into the area for the short stay and the pick-up queues. I ended up for a short while queuing in the pick-up area as it didn't make it clear when the two split off which direction you should go.

We always park in mid term car park why doesn't the number plate recognition work like it used to when we park the car? We now have to get out our paperwork although we have prepaid to get let in and out, this never happened before

Very close to airport, the plane was parked (gate 2) further away. They knew I was coming and my car was ready when I returned.

Fast and efficient service on both arrival at the airport and on collecting the vehicle. Better than other meet and greet companies we have used in the part at other airports

we prepaid had no problem parking but as has happened on three occasions now when ticket was inserted to exit it flashed up a considerate amount to pay pressed the help button after about 5 minutes someone answered i gave booking number and barrier was opened not nice when it is raining and dark

Although booked correctly in advance the number recognition system did not recognise our number plate on the way out. The member of staff however was very effectient and located our booking quickly and let us out.

I'm used to the poor quality surface of the Short Term car park and the need to avoid the potholes but what disturbed me when I used it today was the lack of information on how to exit the car park. Cars are now parking right to the ends of the bays and after driving up and down a few of the bays I came to the conclusion that the only way out was the way I came in. But the way in had been reduced by cones to a single lane which both entering and exiting traffic had to share - a dangerous and ridiculous situation which needs to be corrected.
