Only issue I had was the row on which I parked there was no reference marking When your parking in dark conditions and the returning late at night if would make sense that a row of cars i parked in was indicated somehow

Used the Mid-Term Park as I always do but this time on my return had to wait an unusually lengthy period for the Car Park Bus.

Good price, convenient to the terminal too. For that little bit extra you avoid having to get buses both ways. Good value for weekend break

Add pedestrian access to that it is safe to cross the road and access the terminal on foot.

Ticket said I owed £54 upon exit even though I prepaid. Fortunately I was let through by a remote security guard though. Although he said my name and asked to confirm so not very secure compared to just asking for my name as anyone could have been driving my car out! Otherwise all fine.

No problems, parking was easy, the shuttle bus arrived within 5 minutes and delivers you near to the airport arrivals area.

When exiting the car park I was asked to pay £37 despite having pre booked and paid for my parking. I then had to wait at the barrier for someone to answer the phone to let me out. This is pretty basic stuff. If you're going to operate a pre booking system it should, at the very least, recognise when people have pre booked.

The booking, access and location in terms of terminal was all very good as was exiting when prepaid. The issue was with finding a space - parking seemed random with no clearly marked bays. Also the surface was awful in many places - would a little tarmac go a miss?

Pre-booked, everything worked out fine. Slight glich when I came to leave as my registration number was printed incorrectly on the parking ticket (out by 1 digit). However when I got to tge gate the operator on the inter-com was very helpful and got me on my way within 5 minutes.

There was a 25 minute delay waiting for the bus to go back to the car park. This is frustrating as you can walk it in 10 minutes. Knowing when the bus was due would help you to make the decision whether to walk or not. It would help if there was a direct walking path also.

Really quick connections and nice and near to the airport terminal. And it was even the cheapest parking of all those on offer! I will use this parking again.

I had pre-booked but the automatic number plate recognition didn't work on arrival so the barrier didn't open and a ticket was presented without a greeting. I only knew this because I'd used the car park before and I had been greeted by name on the machine and the barrier had opened. I had to use the help button to talk to someone who then had to look up my booking. I had to do the same on departure as a payment was demanded although I'd already paid. Not very smooth and seamless. I'm wondering if it's because I tried to enter 15 minutes early from the time shown on my booking or if that doesn't make any difference. If it does then there must be a way to deal with this scenario. I even waited the extra mins until the actual booked time before trying again but with the same result.

Easy online booking experience. Convenient and cost effective. Regular shuttle buses available for airport transfer. Overall a very good experience.
