Easy to get in and park, booking online was easy, however on leaving the booking wasn't registered and so I had to ring through to someone to let me out

Good signposting and close to the terminal, however there were no clearly marked bays and the road system within the car park was not clear. There was no one-way or two-way system, it just seemed like a free-for-all to find a space.

Is perfect for a short trip or when you are late to get to the airport however the price is quite expensive. Buses coming each 15min and take 10mins to get to the departures.

We parked in the mid-term parking. Finding an empty parking space was very difficult, although we eventually found one. Waiting for a bus to the terminal was unpleasant, with the shelters being completely unsuited to the task, not keeping us dry or out of the wind. On the return, the experience was even worse. We were unable to board the first bus due to crowding, and we only just got on the second one which arrived about 15 minutes later. All told we were waiting almost 30 minutes for a bus back to our car, which was disgraceful given the car park was only 1/3 mile from the terminal. We should have walked back, but the driver of the first bus promised one would be with us "very soon". As it turned out, it was the same bus and the same driver who arrived back. It'll be a long time before I use that parking service again.

i've booked my parking for 17th of may and the email requesting review came in 06th of may so based on my imagination i rate the service very poor.

Appalling. Parked in the generously named 'mid-term' car park in order to collect a friend. Her flight arrived 45 minutes late. We then waited 15 minutes for a bus back to 'mid term'. For a total of just over 1 hour and 20 minutes of parking I was billed £21. A joke. 30 minutes free parking doesn't even give you time to get to the terminal and back with no delays. At Stansted, you get 1 hour of free parking in mid-term, plus the 2nd hour for £1, and only after that do daily rates apply. I will be advising everyone I know to avoid Luton and this ludicrous car park like the plague.

1) you need to surface the road in the car park. difficult to move luggage on the car park. 2) was raining and windy in my return - covered car park and covered area leading to car park would be good. 3) would prefer to fly from Heathrow instead as a result

Mid term easy and straight forward to use; regular buses to and from terminal. Better value and service than Stansted!

Paid up front on line. Then charges £63 to exit car park. No assistance available. Be careful if you book Mid term car parking. Apparently their number plate recognition software is problematic. Many other drivers were having problems as I left.

We had booked Mid stay on a special offer for 5 days. Our airline cancelled our return flight and put us on a flight 3 days later. We telephoned to ask to extend the booking and were told we couldn't as it was a special offer which couldn't be changed. We would have to accept the excess charges as we tried to exit the car park. We researched and found it was cheaper to re book but this of course meant we would lose the original payments. This was no fault of ours that the airline cancelled. Your approach means that no-one can use your special offer with safety since you don't allow for things which happen out of our control. When I get time I will think about how best to warn others of your approach.

Its took ages to bus come and pick up us from airport station to transfer us to parking more than 35 minutes. (18:00 - 29 April 2015)

We had no problems with the parking. We booked ahead so it was reasonably priced. The system was easy to use, including altering our booking online when I realised I had put in the wrong times. We were concerned about the frequency of buses to the parking lot since we had a late-night flight on the way back, but shouldn't have been - one arrived within moments of us reaching the stop.

Arrived at lunch time at the mid term parking (February 2015). We had no problem finding a parking space and our transfer bus arrived within 5 minutes and our transfer to the airport was very quick at around 3 mins. Coming back our transfer bus arrived within 5 minutes of us arriving at the pickup bus stop outside the terminal. No problem getting out of the car park and it all went very smoothly.

The stated travel time/frequency from Long Stay parking was a problem. While stating a typical time of 10 minutes and a 15 minute frequency, it in fact took 35 minutes to travel from the bus stop (after a 10 minute wait) to the terminal which caused me to arrive at the gate after it had closed (luckily I was still allowed on my flight). Please amend stated times to better reflect reality. There is a clause to say times may take longer, but I feel the stated times are misleading. I felt while my journey was fairly busy it was not atypical in terms of the amount of passengers.

Car park on exit would not accept my prepaid ticket. i had to press the help buzzer but was let through once i had explained the situation. Others exiting at the same time semed to be having the same bother.
