The car park was full with a queue of other people trying to park too. I had to drive round 6 times - still no space so parked on some white lines and hoped for the best. I nearly missed my flight and left my mobile in the car in my panic so disasterous experience all round. Whoops I have just seen this was a review for Luton airport - my experience there was excellent - have since parked at Stansted where I had the above disaster - sorry to mix them up.

Parking spaces weren't great but not terrible and when we tried to leave our prepaid ticket didn't work and we had to phone for assistance, the phone rang for quite a while but when it was answered it was resolved quickly.

Only issue seems to be the waiting time at the terminal to get back to the car park, I waited about 20 minutes for a bus and this was at about 18.30. I've experienced this type of delays before

The number plate recognition machine misread my number on the way in, I ended up paying again on the way out and claiming a refund which came through promptly. Other than that, fine.

Your review system is broken, I have received this prior to my actual booking, how should I be able to review if I haven't parked yet. Not that I am going to review it, but just letting you know of you system issue.

Short stay car parking signage around the front of the terminal is awkward to follow and caused me some confusion. The car park itself is awful and in desperate need of resurfacing and properly marking out for traffic flow and parking. I returned on a very rainy morning and the potholes around the car park caused me to get wet feet. The ONLY saving grace for the short term parking is that it is close to the terminal.

The parking space was perfect, the bus ride short, but it took me 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot because the number recognition didn't work and I had to find my booking reference.

I booked online, there was a hold up attempting to enter at 04.00, I parked up, caught the bus which was fine. Upon leaving I was held up for payment. I had paid via a card, this was not recognized and I was asked to pay. I wouldn't do this . After giving my reference number I was eventually released. There were many other vehicles held up for the same reason. Appalling experience, one that I will not be repeating.

Great car park, easy to find, easy to park. Buses turned up both directions straight away and no waiting time Only bad point was when i put my ticket in the barrier it tried to charge me £172 for my stay but i just used the call help button and spoke to the operator who was very efficient and all was sorted!

Good amount of parking. Only downside is the time it took the bus to come on the way back to the car park.

I parked there for the first time. When I was leaving I have put my ticket in the machine and it came up with the outstanding amount so I pulled off. When I tried to speak with someone on the intercom the voice explained that I don't owe anything mentioned my name and I'm good to go. I thought that I shouldn't really be prompted to speak with someone but the overall experience was very good.

Location and convenience are really good but some of the staff when you are going to collect the car need some customer service training as they were not keen to help or to not interested if you need any help. Some courtesy goes a long way and makes difference without hurting anybody.

On exit, at 12.00 at night, the barrier machine showed an amount payable of £168, when the parking was prepaid, limited staff to assist, delayed exit by 20 minutes.
