Poorly laid out, traffic queuing to get out. Vehicles stuck in single lanes. Took me over 20 mins to exit. Needs proper road markings and bays could be bigger and laid out clearer. No signs to show where free bays are. Mid stay is much better than short yet you pay more?

After booking a parking space in the short term car park (next to the terminal) on arrival was told that it was full! and was told to try the mid term car park about a mile down the road. COMPLETE LACK OF MANAGEMENT.

When I arrived the car park was full and filled with cars looking for spaces. I circled for about 20 minutes without success and then was forced to exit the car park to find parking in the Medium Term car park. Before exiting the car park I pressed the assist button to complain and eventually (after about another minutes wait) the attendant told me I could park in the disabled area. Overall it took me over 30 minutes to park and I think this is a disgrace and potentially could have made me miss the flight!!! Terrible service!!!

Having a medical emergency abroad and having to stay there longer was unpleasant. Finding that the car parking per day was doubled during this time was a wonderful surprise!

Parking at Luton on the Thursday evening was an absolute joke. We had pre-paid fro parking for 3 days for 2 cars in advance and struggled to find any spaces when we got there. The layout of the car park means that if you go up one lane and there is not a space you have to reverse all the way back to get out. We finally found one space and had to leave the second car in one of the walkways otherwise we would have missed our flight. Cars were abandoned everywhere including within the disabled area. The road surface is horrendous and could do with re-developing with designated parking bays marked out. It would have been quicker and cheaper to park in the long stay and get the bus.

YOUR SECURITY IS APSOLUTEY USELESS, IN YOUR SHORT TERM CAR PARK I GOT MY BRANDNEW CAR SCRATCH VARY BADLY AND NO ONE ON SECURITY WANTED TO KNOW, WHEN WE ASK TO SEE FOOTAGE OF SECURITY CAMERA ON THAT TIME AND DAY. I WAS TOLD THAY WERE NOT WORKING. SO I WILL NEEVER USE YOU AGAIN. I ADVICE MY FRIENDS TO FLY FROM BIRMINGHAM, MUCH BETTER.

Flights were cancelled at Luton due to the french air control strike action. No refund was given. Very poor service and wont recommend parking there again.

Confirmation e-mail advised to depart early due to heavy roadworks at the airport junction. There was a 5min delay getting there and arrived approx 1hr early. We Pulled up to the barrier and parked with ease, plenty of space and no reference to our early arrival. On landing back in Luton airport following a wonderful break we got through custom quickly and arrived back at the carpark with plenty of time to spare and quickly departed. We pulled upto the barrier, tired and with a long journey ahead. WE WERE CHARGED £88 TO EXIT THE CARPARK!! £88!!!! I can only assume that this was due to our early arrival. The pre paid booking fee for four days was only c.£40. I highly advise any other passengers to AVOID the official Luton Airport Carpark.

Would not open the barrier because the car in front had not booked parking. Was made to reverse back out onto the roundabout which was a very dangerous manoeuvre.

Transport was supposed to be every 15 minutes after over 20 when ours turned up we then had to wait another 15 while the drivers changed over! On exiting the car park our car wasn't recongnised and wanted a £95 payment and had to wait ages for the intercom to be answered! Terrible service

Pre-booked short term carpark, on Friday evening flight, nightmare trying to find a space, very bad layout, requiring the need to reverse back down the aisles. Numerous cars driving around looking for space. Car covers in dust on return, due to the unmade sections. Paid £50 for Friday to Sunday, expected more for the price.

I had paid for parking in advance, £69 for 5 days. The directions to vacant parking was poor and the wait for the bus was fairly lengthy given the amount paid. However the main problem on leaving, after inserting my ticket in the machine, it asked for a sum of £120 before I would be allowed to leave with my tired family. Quite a shock. When I finally managed to get the attendant on the intercom, he eventually conceded, rather begrudgingly, that I had already paid the correct amount. Not a particularly pleasant experience overall.

Paid for short stay it was full sent to Mid stay . In return bus was full for Mid Stay. Told I could walk there !

Its quicker to walk to terminal from mid term park instead of waiting for the bus, despite the best efforts to block your way with fences. Bus drivers are rude and buses packed. Condition of car park is appauling. It would make far greater sense to create a covered walk way from car park to terminal as an alternative as many pasengers have only carry on luggage.

I have booked the parking for two days and my plans changed and I had to extend my trip. I have called the parking help line just to discover that they could, or did not want, to extend the reservation days. I ended up paying a lot of money due to overdue parking. I am sure I am not the first one facing this problem. If this company lives at the expense of others in difficult situations then I will at all costs avoid using it again and would not recommend to anyone. Also the pavement is damaged, something I would expect for a relatively expensive park.

As a taxi driver I find that being the most expensive of any London airport your short term car park is in the poorest condition. It is ridden with large and deep potholes, loose stones and a very uneven surface. Positively dangerous for young, elderly, wheelchair and infirm users. For the prices charged it's a disgrace. Nul points.

The drop off point is a farce & just causes congestion. How can u charge to drop off also, that is ridiculous. And after that you have a huge drive around the whole short stay car park just to get out! The mid stay parking signs of where there is space are woeful, you have to drive up & down a lot just to find a space. The gravel also leaves the cars very dusty/dirty after parking there. And lastly the bus wait time wasn't very fast. I much preferred the parking situation at Luton before, and will probably use an alternative airport in future as the ease of parking was one of its main benefits vs Stansead. Not the best experience!

Short term parking: Extremely expensive, took close to one an hour to find available parking place, poor access with heavy luggage.. I can go on and on. NEVER AGAIN!
