Its quicker to walk to terminal from mid term park instead of waiting for the bus, despite the best efforts to block your way with fences. Bus drivers are rude and buses packed. Condition of car park is appauling. It would make far greater sense to create a covered walk way from car park to terminal as an alternative as many pasengers have only carry on luggage.

I have booked the parking for two days and my plans changed and I had to extend my trip. I have called the parking help line just to discover that they could, or did not want, to extend the reservation days. I ended up paying a lot of money due to overdue parking. I am sure I am not the first one facing this problem. If this company lives at the expense of others in difficult situations then I will at all costs avoid using it again and would not recommend to anyone. Also the pavement is damaged, something I would expect for a relatively expensive park.

As a taxi driver I find that being the most expensive of any London airport your short term car park is in the poorest condition. It is ridden with large and deep potholes, loose stones and a very uneven surface. Positively dangerous for young, elderly, wheelchair and infirm users. For the prices charged it's a disgrace. Nul points.

The drop off point is a farce & just causes congestion. How can u charge to drop off also, that is ridiculous. And after that you have a huge drive around the whole short stay car park just to get out! The mid stay parking signs of where there is space are woeful, you have to drive up & down a lot just to find a space. The gravel also leaves the cars very dusty/dirty after parking there. And lastly the bus wait time wasn't very fast. I much preferred the parking situation at Luton before, and will probably use an alternative airport in future as the ease of parking was one of its main benefits vs Stansead. Not the best experience!

Short term parking: Extremely expensive, took close to one an hour to find available parking place, poor access with heavy luggage.. I can go on and on. NEVER AGAIN!

there is no justification for charging this much to park in a pot holed un-tarmacked field in luton but they do so because there is little or no choice. This allows them to squeeze the customer for as much as possible. Asking for feedback only adds insult to injury as they expect us to join in the pretence that they see us as valued customers When clearly they regard us as cash cows to be milked for every penny.

no trolleys no proper lighting very bad parking surface full of potholes no lines for individual spaces its like a derelict building site than a proper parking you should learn a lesson from BAA's Heathrow

I mistakenly booked the wrong dates for my 3-day travel, and discovered on the morning when travelling to the airport. The online system would not allow me to alter and no-one was answering the phone, so I sent an email advising of the situation. Following some backwards and forwards emails over the next days, I was advised by Apcoa that under no circumstances could this be changed, and my £40.99 parking would now be charged at £111. Man can fly to the moon, but changing dates on pre-booked parking is not possible! I guess Apcoa needed the extra £70. The days of looking after the customer seem to have gone, and I hope this review costs them more than the £70 they tried to take from me. And I will learn to double check the dates when booking car parking in the future, although it will never be with Apcoa again. Their corporate greed has left bad taste.

The worst parking experience ever! Badly signposted. Pot holes everywhere. No trollers nearby. Pouring with rain ( not your fault!) arrived at their terminal soaking wet and exhausted!

Both times I have used this car park I have pre paid for my stay. On leaving both times the machine tried to charge me again, full rate for the parking. I think this is really bad and it obviously happens all the time as when I pressed the assist button both times the member of staff has not been surprised or apologised. It feels like a sneaky way to try to get people to pay twice.

We got held up for a whole day in Geneva due to a 'major technical fault' that the plane developed on its way from Luton to Geneva. You charged £37 for that day - disgracefull taking advantage of something out of our control!! I've used you many times before and always come away thinking we've done the right think but not now! If you value my custom you'll be phoning to offer me half of it back so that its a 'fair' charge but I'm 99.9% confident you won't call! Chris Haines 07939 551770

Pre booking didn't work, payment was taken immediately but not recognised upon leaving the car park. Had to call and give booking reference which after a long delayed journey was an inconvenience

I bought ticket in Internet and paid 41 pound. I was in time but couldn't get out. I put my ticket and it showed that I have to pay 76pound. ONLY when I paid, I could go. So for 4day in long term parking I paid 117 pounds. NEVER USE IT AGAIN. Very bad sistem.

What an utter, total, disgraceful, shocking rip-off. Honestly, four pounds to park for 30 mins, rising to seven pounds – it's disgusting. I can't use the pick-up location, because I need to meet my wife and daughter who have luggage and a pram. So it costs me an obscene amount of money to park in a bumpy, gravel short-stay park that's not even that close to the airport. Disgusting, disgraceful, awful, shameless, cynical experience, taking advantage of people who just want to pick up or drop off their loved ones in person.

Need better signage to spaces. need to tarmac the car park. The bus stop offered very little protection from the elements

Although the car park is right next to the Terminal and is easily accessed, the state of both the car parking surface and the parking is very poor. Signage is very poor and you can spend a good ten minutes driving around trying to find a space. I have spent more than this waiting for someone to leave. Ufnortunately since there is no clear marking fro bays it is difficult to determine how many spaces are free and therefore I am sure the car park is often full and people (like me) are waiting on a space. This adds to stress levels when you have paid extra to be near to the terminal.

Not enough spaces in short stay, atrocious signage (for both vehicles and pedestrians), poor planning (excess barriers round lighting fixtures further reducing spaces, no clear pedestrian routes, poor trolley access in car park), Luton airport is a hole and to be avoided if at all possible.

Booked online because of quite a difference in the price, but they charged extra when I moved the time slightly when my flight got delayed. Also they tried to charge me the full price on exit, I had to call them while waiting at the barrier. On a more positive note, good location. 10mins walk to main airport.

Having to pay £2.50 to drop someone off is a disgrace. A good reason not to use Luton Airport. A complete ripoff, motivated by excessive greed. Provision of basic services including a pickup and drop off zone should be included in the price passengers pay for their tickets.
