We waited at our usual bus stop And the bus passed us twice! We then noticed it was a disabled bus stop . We called to complain and the man said the bus will stop for you next time . AND it didn't again! So we missed 3 bus and had to go to a different bus stop and nearly missed our flight. I will never park here again.

I'm used to the poor quality surface of the Short Term car park and the need to avoid the potholes but what disturbed me when I used it today was the lack of information on how to exit the car park. Cars are now parking right to the ends of the bays and after driving up and down a few of the bays I came to the conclusion that the only way out was the way I came in. But the way in had been reduced by cones to a single lane which both entering and exiting traffic had to share - a dangerous and ridiculous situation which needs to be corrected.

Firstly, the car park is a dump site. Lanes are not properly marked and you feel as if you are destroying your car when driving over the gravel filled car park with huge stones that I always fear will cut into your wheels. also, it is more expensive than any alternatives around. To top it off, the barrier didn't recognise that I'd pre paid and tried to re-charge me. The buses are OK but do not seem to come every 10 minutes as promised (not sure that is what is promised for sure though). When in the car park, I feel somewhat dirty and can't really explain why. Oh, and just to complain a little more, driving in, it isn't clearly marked where to go and I drove where the buses go. I've never done that before. Very unhappy with all aspects of this car park and never recommed it to anyone and normally recommend and go to Air Parks which to be honest is also a bit grotty but so much cheaper.

Yet again when I went to leave the car park it told me that I had not paid. So had to press the button and speak to a very unhelpful lady to explain I had booked on line. Eventually after giving her my booking reference she said 'there you go' which I took to mean I could go now. However I waited and waited but the barier still did not rise. So I pushed the help button again And let her know I still could not get out where upon she snapped at me and asked if I'd pressed the stop button. Not possessing telepathic skills I had not realised that 'there you go' actually meant press the stop button. But finally I was released and was able to make my way home. Not the best level of customer service to be honest!

We pre-paid to park in the Short Stay Car park and walk to the terminal. The car park is very badly designed. There is only one very narrow through route and if you meet someone trying to get out - you get stuck. I had to reverse several times to avoid hitting other cars. The surface is appalling and full of potholes. We drove down a lane and there were no spaces - however you couldn't get out of the other end so had to do a 10 point turn to get out again - only to meet several other people doing the same thing! When eventually we did find a space - the row was very badly signed making it difficult to find the car on our return. Finally there are signs from the bottom of the car park showing the walkway to the terminal. However when you get over to them, the walkway is fenced off and you have to re-trace your steps and walk down the middle of the car park - with all the other people and cars getting stuck - to get to the exit. Dangerous apart from anything else. Not acceptable and not even cheap!

Poor road surface. No exit from parking lanes at the far end, so if no places available, one has to reverse the whole lane.

Information concerning payment on exit from short term, having booked on line was non existent. Paying for drop off is taking liberties. Parking at Luton created a very negative experience. Will advise others to leave lots of time to negotiate parking.

The short stay car park at Luton is a disgrace. For the amount you are charging the least I would expect if for it to be tarmac with spaces clearly marked. We arrived back at 2am and the lighting was OK but the signage was dreadful and pulling suitcases through craters filled with rainwater wasn't good. You really should have the whole car park re-surfaced and build a more straight forward route from the terminal to the car park. We also had to call the attendant on our departure as our pre-paid parking was trying to charge us £37 more. This was dealt with swiftly by the attendant but was another annoying point. Overall I was very unimpressed.

Confusing to know where to park. Car park surface is atrocious. Parking seemed haphazard (No clear lines) The camera system did not pick up my car reg and give me a card. I had to take one and speak to someone on exit to be let out. Also when booking to come back, I was not sure at what time I was supposed to be gone (and thus avoid having to incur unreasonable charges). The flight was late in the evening, so I was not sure if I should pay for an extra day. Extra stress that's really not needed. I hate these technology based parking systems that have no human face to them (and I'm a geek). The words that came to mind when I arrived at the airport was "Under Investment", "Disorganised", "This is horrible". When I arrived at the parking... words were "You have got to be kidding..."

£2.50 to drop someone off! £9.00 to park for an hour. Total utter rip-off. I will actively look for flights from ANYWHERE else. No wonder Luton is the home of Ryan -"feck our customers" - Air and Easy - "fleece you" - Jet

The car park is in dire need of resurfacing,it's in a terrible state. When I returned and went to leave the car park I put my ticket in the machine and it demanded payment of £74.00 to let me out so then I have to sit and wait for an answer from someone in the office to raise the barrier. This often happens and I find It VERY ANNOYING.
