Free 30 minutes simple not the case I drove into the car park today at 14.23 found a spot got on the bus went inside picked up my friend got came straight out waited for the bus the returned to the car and I put my ticket in the machine at 14.55 and it charged my £7 be aware you have completely no time to pick up stay well clear of the mid term 30 minutes free as it is not possible todo rip offffffff

Until the security scares, pickup and drop-off were free. At the time the pickup and drop-off point was moved away from the airport building (sensibly) and the airport said they had no intention to introduce any charges. Now: a) it is £2.50 for the first 15 minutes rising rapidly to £1 pm! a very greedy breach of trust! (who can predict how long it takes to clear security?) b) the taxi rank is once more parking next to the building. Like most security "alerts" the outcome is more expense and time wasting for the public and benefits only to all the vested interests.

A total rip off to drop off or just pick someone off - worse than Heathrow. Typical of a money grabbing council. If you can fly from somewhere else I suggest you do so

Delayed flight back meant a whopping £36 additional charge. Uneven surface in car park, riddled with potholes. No clear signage or marked parking bays. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

absolutely dreadful in the short term carpark. pre booked? dont bother .its a free for all, park as you like. double yellow lines , just ignore them.

Awful. No spaces. Dead ends? It was chaos . We nearly missed our flight because of it. Also tried to charge me £108 when leaving even though I had paid upfront?? The only bad part of our trip!

on return the machine tried to charge me over 100 pounds ,, i had pre paid , this has happened 4 times now it is a joke

This is the second time that I have parked at Luton Airport. Each time I have returned to find my car has been damaged. DO NOT PARK HERE. It's cheaper to get a taxi to and from the airport rather than pay the hundreds of pounds it costs to get your car repaired. I had to give it 1 star as there is no option to give zero. I repeat, DO NOT PARK HERE!!!

The condition of the car park tarmac in most places is awful. The signage is terrible. The spaces between bays are ridiculously small. To say it is 'close to the airport' is being economical with the truth when the only space you can find is at the furthest point from the entrance. The cost for parking - on what is effectively a piece of awful, ill maintained and with more than its fair share of pot holes - tarmac, is ridiculous. Whoever's responsibility it is to manage the car park should sort it out; truly terrible.

Poor service recieved; rude staff, door handle pulled off of the car and Luton will not take responsibility for it! It's safe to say, I would NOT recommend this service.

I havent even stayed at their parking yet, but their customer service (if one can call it that) is nothing short of shockingly bad and disrespectful. I had just purchased one weeks parking several months in advance of our trip, when my wife alterted me to the fact that we were departing from Luton but returning to Gatwick. Obviously my error but in these days of low cost flights from 5 different airports in the London area probably not too rare. Within an hour of having booked I wrote to their customer services email to explain my error and expecing some sort of refund at least. Instead I get a short generic email back saying that I cant change my parking reservation since my booking isnt flexible. This is kind of beside the point, which is that when one has purchased something in error, it is customary to get a refund (especially since I alerted them immediately). Very poor Luton Parking. Tarmac broken up, worn bay markings, some bays unusable due to pot holes and flooding. Very difficult to manoeuvre in and out of due to close proximity of opposite bays. No covered way between car park and terminal, fortunately it was not raining/snowing. On a positive note the directions to the carpark on the website were good.

- Expensive as there is no competition - used to pay £5 / day at Luton airport and thought that was expensive. It's now £13 if you pre-book (£20 "at the gate").....just for one day!!!!! - Buses are too infrequent. - Bus stops are open and therefore cold, windy and freezing. - Bus drivers are often miserable. - Getting on/off at just one door creates problems and is ridiculous - an example, on the bus yesterday I was the only person and was sitting at the front. As the bus arrived at the stop, rather than open the front door, the driver insisted I walk back to the other door to get off the bus - what difference does it make when you are the only person on the bus??? CRAZY!!! - Bus stop at the terminal is a disgrace - full of filthy smokers! - Where the buses stop, you have to walk to the terminal, not a problem if it's nice weather but not great when it's cold, wet and windy at this time of year! - It's been made almost impossible to walk to the terminal - the road has fences all the way along it so you cannot cross where you want. - The CCTV is there to fine drivers dropping passengers off - nothing wrong with dropping off (we've been doing it for years without problems), except some little Hitler thinks they can fine drivers £80 for doing it!!! Advice - go to Heathrow or Gatwick - customer/passenger friendly airports and car parks!!!

The car park surface is very poor, so while the road is tarmac the parking surface is just rubble really. However my big issue is the frequency of the transport, it certainly isn't 10 minutes, I waited 15 minutes on arrival at the car park on Tuesday morning before the bus turned up & after 10 minutes of waiting this morning on arrival back at Luton I gave up & walked back! The bus didn't overtake me while I walked so I don't know how much longer the other passengers at the bus stop had to wait.
